Trump's Mar-a-Lago neighbors don't want him to move there.

Well certainly, that is ''if''. Have you noticed the posters in this thread alone, a thread about and only about Trump yet posters have drifted it in some cases to Biden? Would you consider that they might suffer from BDS?

Certainly this may be the case as you describe. Yet, the town council there says that he is legally not allowed to live there according to the contract he signed in 93. So how it plays out is how it will play out, right?

NO. I"m not in favor of locking him up at all. Rather let him twist on the spire of his own petard which is his Art of the Deal. If the contract he signed in 93 proves water tight then let him find a Florida apartment somewhere, a nice one with a pool maybe and a putting green.

Other than that I do not think that the incoming administration should pursue legal avenues to punish him. Let the State of New York and others that want to bring civil suits against him try their best.

Of course not. Hes quality over quantity and they cant compete with such an alpha male.

That's the main reason hes hated so much. Hes got what you want. World wide vacas. Loving Family. Beautiful wife with a soul much brighter then most. He took his dads inheritance and spent it so wisely that he turned millions into multi hundred thousand millions. Yes I worded that right. Where you and I would piss it away with nothing to show for it. But it was fun while it lasted... beta males.

Under the terms of the agreement, no guest is permitted to stay at the club for more than "three non-consecutive seven day periods" during one year.

He's not a "guest", he's an owner. I'm sure he can live there as onsite management as long as he wishes.

Sounds like his neighbors are a bit bigoted, and it's a slow news day.

lol, priceless, people being bigoted about Trump being close to them? Perhaps they should get him to build a wall, and pay for it.

He has over the years apparently run afoul of town ordinances and pushed them to their limits. The folks of the town though seem to have the legal upper hand here as he could only acquire the property in the first place by signing the ''no residence'' clause they offered him.

I wonder how many locals Trump employs at his Resort?

I’m sure that it is undergoing constant renovations. Local contractors benefit from this as well.

Other service providers and suppliers will gain business there as well.

I bet there’s some hefty property tax that benefits the area .

Tesla and Mar a Largo would make great neighbors in Texas.

They are all here on work Visa's. Trump doesn't hire Americans at Mar a Lago.

Trump also cannot claim it as his primary residence, so he has none in Florida and thus voted illegally.

Thinking on it, it might be insightful having Trump living next door, of course out where I live that would have to be my only neighbor. We could get together a couple of times a week in his garage, toss a couple of logs in his stove and light one up.
It could be interesting to talk with him on a ''local level'' and see if he could converse on a higher philosophical level than just the rote conservative mantra he is known for .

I"m sure he could you know, express his deeper existential take on reality that lies below the superficial crap he has to spew for his public persona.

Trump gave-up his right to live there when he made the property a 'club' to get out of some financial difficulty. The conditions in the legally-binding agreement he made clearly state that no one can live there full-time.

No he didnt i looked at the agreement the restrictions mentioned has to do with members. There was several restrictions placed on members including 50 percent of the members have to be from palm beach. Some have access to the club wthout being a member because they live along the access route. No where that I could find does it say someone cant live there in fact its the oppisit if he chooses he can close the club and turn it into a single family residence. This would be far worse for pakm beach since they loose the revenue stream.

The area they quote in the article has to deal with 10 guest rooms created for club use and the entire estate was not included in the contract. Currently there are areas there guests cannot enter as it is deemed private quarters. This agreement never had total control over the property only how the club would be run.

This is why im sure palm beach is going to ignore the residence complaint. By the way its 2 individuals that are trying to get palm beach to stop him from living there. They complained about traffic and the problems caused by the secret service.

So you guys can read his agreement as well i will include it as i said i couldnt find this magical passage that doesnt allow someone to live on property they own.

If I remember correctly we are all still living in the U.S... A country in which people have rights, and no one can take away those rights from others because they have different political opinions... Well, except if you live in a left-wing/socialist hell hole like New York, where new laws have been implemented to punish people simply for being the political opposition to the left, similar to what socialist and communist aholes in third world countries are doing in South America and around the world...

What this shows is more evidence that YOU/left-wingers/never-Trumpers are authoritarians that want to dictate where people can live based on people's political opinions and affiliations...

Tell you what, you, and every other left-wing idiot and those useful idiots neighbors of Trump can sell their properties and move to freaking China if you want to only live around people whom only want a socialist or communist dictatorship.

These past 4 years have cemented the FACT that you left-wingers/never-Trumpers are dictator wannabes. You want to dictate whom can have free speech, you want to dictate whom can live close to you, like you democrats/left-wingers wanted and did during segregation days, you want to dictate how people should live "to combat climate change or for the good of all", etc...

It's ironic that after years of lies about "Trump is colluding with Russia" and then we find out that idea was made up by Hillary to re-direct useful idiots' attention away from Hillary's email scandals, and she used a foreign agent, Steele, who as a spy had connections with Russian officials and they all made up false claims about Trump and his people...

Not to mention the obvious massive election fraud when more and more evidence is proving that it did occur. But now that this evidence of voter fraud keeps showing up, and after REAL evidence is found that pretty much every socialist, former democrat, leader has ties with Chinese spies, and have been doing the bidding of China, yet people like you want to concentrate on what "President Trump left-wing retards passing for neighbors want?...

This has more to do with signed contracts, actually.

Where signed contracts mean something. But that most likely escaped your thinking as you seemed more intent on drifting the thread away from it's limited scope into what appears to be the darker regions of your own overly persecuted view of the world.
