Trump's Mar-a-Lago neighbors don't want him to move there.

This is not the case. He wanted to move into their neighborhood back then and could not purchase the property unless certain requirements were made in accordance with town restrictions. One of those was as was mentioned in the Op and the provided articles. Mar-a-Lago cannot have full time residences.

Maybe and maybe not. But as a ''members resort'' they say he is only a member, so that contract might hold. In any case, there will not be a happy relationship with the community if he decides to keep his high public profile.

Not a democrat but can you seriously say there are no right wing smear attacks on Biden?

When did someone demand Hillary or Obama move out of their private residences and attempt legal action to force them to move, after they left office? Apples/Oranges

He has over the years apparently run afoul of town ordinances and pushed them to their limits. The folks of the town though seem to have the legal upper hand here as he could only acquire the property in the first place by signing the ''no residence'' clause they offered him.

I wonder how many locals Trump employs at his Resort?

I’m sure that it is undergoing constant renovations. Local contractors benefit from this as well.

Other service providers and suppliers will gain business there as well.

I bet there’s some hefty property tax that benefits the area .

Tesla and Mar a Largo would make great neighbors in Texas.

Biden is on multiple videos molesting children.
Smear attacks aren't needed.
This is ignoring his track record as a politician.

I could find no breakdown on the party affiliation of all those very rich people and their Palm Beach city council. Bet's are though that at least some of them register Republican or at least Reptilian Overlord Party.

Did not certain folk want Hillary to move out of her private residence and get, you know, locked up?

The news probably canvassed the area until they found a Karen.
Not really indicative of the "neighborhoods opinion"

It really is a low blow, lame hitpiece.

They even made the normal development process sound personal.
Garbage article posted by a bobblehead.

It has to do with stinking hypocrisy and double standards.

Skippy place?

Really.

No, you will all be doing just that to Biden.

What the hell is wrong with people, indeed.

Oh, the dreaded "no you" comeback. Good one.

He is the owner and not a "guest". As long as that place is in business he can live as onsite management I'm fairly sure. It would be hard to argue he's not executive management with a straight face.

All this means is he has a bunch of snobbish, bigoted, creepy neighbors, who don't understand once you leave office, you are a private citizen.

...and, slow news day.

It's my understanding that his neighborhood is rather wealthy so I don't suppose that there are many ''locals'' employed by Mar a Lago. Likely they are either bused in or come from surrounding areas where the wealth is not so great. I get the impression that that neighborhood is what we could call ''rather stodgy''.

Well then I guess he will fit right into that neighborhood huh? Sorry, but a slow ''lob ball'' like that could not be overlooked.

They have employees that live there as well. no residency rules do not apply for staff and the owners. Read it they set a restriction on how long members could stay. Has nothing to do with the people that run the hotel. When i was younger i spent a summer in paris working for a hotel included room and board. Was alot of fun but they had staff that had lived there for years.

You don't seem to get the topic? Maybe if you read the source?

Can you provide an article about any of Hillary's neighbors trying to find a legal loophole to make her move?

These two things are not the same.
