The Electoral College disagrees. As does the Supreme Court. As does Congress.

Sure, if you say so. just picture me shrugging.

Do you know what the Insurrection Act allows? He can call out the various National Guards from the States and can direct the Armed Forces to assist AGAINST AN INSURRECTION.

Correct, that is what it allows to be done.

Who's he going to attack? More than half the Country that voted for Biden?

Nah.

Why would he do that? It seems a terrible waste of manpower, considering no one can prove who voted for whom at this point, as in linking a ballot to an individual, and considering that voting isn't illegal or insurrectionist. That argument would appear to be bordering on a Straw Man.

He wouldn't necessarily have to "attack" anyone at all - just get to investigating culpability, and arresting the culprits for tribunals. Whether or not there was an attack involved would revolve solely around whether anyone tried to take shots at the troops doing their jobs.

I bet some would, and I bet the first ones to do so would be dressed in black like they thought themselves to be ninjas or something.

That's an awesome scenario.

I think I saw something like it in a video game once. Or was it a movie. Can't remember.

Trump has no cause to invoke the Insurrection Act.

I'm sure, like last summer, if he tries he will be informed of that fact (again).

Simply repeating a thing over and over always makes it true, now doesn't it?

I'm sure that argument would absolutely mortify Trump.

Show me video of verifications of ballots..... oh wait they can’t......
Show me the mail in ballets envelope...... oh yeah, those are gone too....

I just want integrity and honesty, I haven’t seen it. If you can show me results that are unadulterated or just plain made up..... by all means.... I live to grow and learn; not be spoon fed nonsense

Stipulated.

Just as your repetition of your opinion doesn't make it true.

We have different opinions, eh? As I've said, and as you've said, we will see.

There's no need to show you video of anything. Perhaps you should trust what you see on Youtube a bit less.

Georgia law is very clear, we have State and local elections officials who administer the elections, the outcome of that is verified by law by our Secretary of State, and then certified by the Governor. All of that has happened.

Now, you don't like the process and I understand that. It is, however, the law.
Fulton County Georgia is verifying the signatures for ballots again beginning December 21, 2020.

I'd lose. I'm an old man, and things don't work as well as they used to. I'd have to drink an awful lot of beer in an awfully short time just to build up the pressure to attempt it.

I haven’t posted any YouTube videos, assumptions lead to misinformation. Hence assuming everything is legit, with literally mountains of examples to the contrary.... you just deflect and agree with the main view.......

So changing laws a day, week before the election behind the backs of state legislators..... isn’t “trampling” the states rights or the constitution?

How about spending millions in tax payer money to facilitate a lie(openly admitted) created by Hilary Clinton to investigate said lie..... just to keep the propaganda machine going?

Fraud is really nothing compared to the elephant in the room: It *seems* Covid was unleashed to cripple the economy, control the People, and steal an election.

Covid was unleashed on the WORLD..to steal the U.S. election..ok

Not the only reason....like I said.

Laws are laws. Doesn't matter when they were changed, only when they took effect. The issue in many of these contested areas are whether laws were actually changed, or merely usurped by unauthorized individuals - i.e. folks not in the Legislature, which has sole authority to actually legislate - make law.

The other main issue is whether simply "certifying" an illegitimate vote suddenly makes it factual and legitimate. If so, then the US was lost long ago, and it was only a matter of time before it was claimed by the conquerors.

Just remember its "the left" that is violent.

Ask any business owner or shopkeeper why they boarded up their windows on election night.
Hint: it wasn't in anticipation of a Biden victory.
FACT

The obvious response is that you have no idea why anyone secured their businesses on election night.

You have a belief. There's a difference.

MSM says it's all over and calls the election for Biden - the boards come down.
But keep denying facts, you're semi-good at it.
