You are not a sharp as the rest of the cutting block..... but keep trying to slice

As a former chef I can 100% guarantee you that cutting blocks do not cut because they are not sharp, that would be knives, so saying that some parts of the cutting block are sharper than others is odd. Thanks for the bizarro analogy.

45 days past the Election Day. So if trump is “all talk” which most politicians are; he won’t do a thing BUT we have a chance to witness history.

Probably just more smoke..... but I enjoy a good suspense thriller.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That in all cases of insurrection, or obstruction to the laws, either of the United States, or of any individual state or territory, where it is lawful for the President of the United States to call forth the militia for the purpose of suppressing such insurrection, or of causing the laws to be duly executed, it shall be lawful for him to employ, for the same purposes, such part of the land or naval force of the United States, as shall be judged necessary, having first observed all the pre-requisites of the law in that respect.

www.npr.org...

Where does "The Insurrection Act" state that it can't be enacted until 45 days after an election?

I believe she is referring to this:

Section 1. (a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

Was it? 'Not as sharp as the rest of the cutting block' implies there's a sharp part(s), where are they?

The whole fake news phenomenon was started by Trump and to what ends?

Started? The term is "exposed".

There aren’t any sharp parts on a cutting block. That is the “point”. You’re dull.

TDS is rampant in this thread ain't it!

Jesus, alleged conservatives calling for suspending civil liberties cuz their Daddy got fired? Sounds very Portland to me.

Most peeps vote straight ticket(cuz they are lazy) so one would have thought that the Dums would have won every house and senate seat as well.

That's all about sanctioning foreign entities who might have interfered in an election. It doesn't give the president the right to declare Martial Law, suspend habeas corpus, employ the milliliter on US soil, nor does it allow for a nullification or a redo of an election.

Logical conclusions seem to be heavily biased. Evidence is needed. Not strong opinion.

I covered the evidence. It's hard to prove for the simple fact that the mail-in ballots have been unsealed and counted already. Eye witness accounts have said that ballots were post dated to election date and people used their pet's names, etc. The evidence might be hard to prove, but you know there was fraud.

If someone stole cash from you, how do you prove they stole it, and how do you prove how much you had? How many cases of stolen identity are out there and how many people are behind bars for stealing someone's identity? Millions of identities are stolen, but not many people are in jail for it.

They should all build a safe space in their basements if there isn't one already there.

Couple that with the declared national emergency that took place during the election and what do you get???

From your source.

The message issued to Congress on Tuesday states that there has been "no evidence" of a foreign government changing the outcome of any U.S. elections or vote tabulations but notes that foreign powers "have historically sought to exploit America's free and open political system."

Now use your brain and tell the class what happens next.

Joe Biden is confirmed by Congress and then inaugurated on January 20th?

The Hill source was written in October 2019

And if that does take place, the experiment that was the United States of America is officially over.

It’s already over. Just need to see how it’s going to be divided. Nobody will ever trust elections again.

Using martial law in this situation would be a huge imbecilic overreaction in a year full of them. Watch Trump's support dwindles to less than half of his support now even suggesting this option. You got the courts and legislature if you can't convince those entities, that's it.
