Yeah Africa is part of the global economy, and AAs cousld play a dynamic role in pushing Africa their newly reconnected home continent fwd.

Some of those cultures were already decimated before the Spanish even got here. I wish everyone would stop believing that Native Americans are "special" and "mystical". You should see how some of them live now. Also it's time for white people to stop claiming to be Cherokee or Choctaw. You dont even look Mexican.

I grew up during the golden age of hip hop culture.

If there is one thing I can tell you to be true,

Hip hop culture are some capitalism loving mfrs.

Hip hop loves to earn money quick and easy.

Hip hop will mention police brutality issues, but the most used topic is black on black violence.
It rarely mentions racial problems other than slavery itself.

We noticed an uprising of many groups during george Floyd...but I just want to point out how strongly hip hop culture has always embraced capitalism and free market.

BLM is a paradox that can't explain itself.

I'm certain you have mis- read my post, the above quote have nothing to do with first nation folks , I' haven't made them into mystical beings with primal innocence that would be insulting, my post on them was both critical and complimentary .

And my great grandmother was a slave in fact, a slave to people descended from Africans. So where do I get mine as a white person from a white slave who suffered it 60 years after the last American black slave? Other than that her day sun up to sundown was spent on her knees as she lit wysteria and frankincense to an endless line of saints And ending with a devotion and kiss for Christ the Lord Himself.

Those people were actually directly still living. No one alive today can claim they were held in Southern chattel slavery.

The entire process of trying to sort out claims would be extremely difficult. There are black and white people alive who have slave ancestry and slave owner ancestry for that matter. Some people have both heritages. There are also plenty of people of both skin colors who have no ancestry of either sort too.

And at what percentage of blood do we stop punishing or start awarding damages? What's considered a credible record to prove this ancestry?

I mean if the US government is going to be handing out substantial sums of money, they better make sure it's done to the right people who have serious claims, and not just to anyone who can point to skin color that matches up one the leftist victim card.

Reparations is not about righting a wrong, its about making white people give money to black people. It has nothing to do with slavery or opportunity. That is the mask it hides behind. The truth is its just about free stuff because black.

Whenever the subject of reparations comes up there is always someone saying white people need to pay black people to make up for slavery. But what about all the white slaves and black slave owners? Bring that up and no one wants to talk about it. Only black slaves deserve to get paid. They claim its about descendants of slave owners having to pay descendants of slaves, but its not.

White slave owners had sex with slaves as often as they could. It increased their wealth by having more slaves. Their children are descendant of both slave owners and slaves. So who do they pay? And what about Irish slaves? Ripped from their mothers arms as children and forced to endure worse treatment than many of their black counterparts. Who will pay them?

And what about Anthony Johnson? Johnson was an indentured servant until he earned his freedom and received a large farm in exchange for his work. Johnson had five indentured servants, four white and one black. The black man was John Casor. Casor had a contract with Johnson to work 7 or 8 years then receive his freedom and a plot of land to call his own. After serving his time with Johnson, Johnson refused to grant Casor his freedom, sued him in court, and won ownership of him for life making him the first legally recognized slave owner in the US.

A large portion of the people descendant of slaves in this country are also descendant of slave owners. If the descendants of slave owners are supposed to pay the descendants of slaves, do these people have to pay each other? Are black people going to step up and pay the descendants of white slaves? Don't be phucking ridiculous. Its about white people giving money to black people because black.

I am Italian. My people were slaves too. They used to dip my people in oil, impale us on pikes, then set fire to us to light outdoor dinner parties. The guests would dance to the sound of our screams. Is anyone going to pay us? Nope. And we don't want it. The difference between us and the whiners crying for reparations now is we had enough self respect to pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off, and make something of ourselves. We didn't sit around for 200 years with our hands out waiting for free stuff. We earned what we got and we did it without needing anyone to dumb down entrance exams or pass laws demanding we get preferential treatment.

Phuck your reparations.

Also, a way to repair damage is to reverse damage. Which was what I suggested. If the damage that was caused was that someone was taken against their will, taking them back where they came from can reverse some or even all of the damage.

Yeah I don't remember skyscrapers being built in ancient times. Sub-Saharan Africa can't afford that, nor build it. Obama alone gave Africa hundreds of billions of our hard earned money.

Also, in ancient times, Africans lived in mud huts. Egyptians built the ancient structures there.
