I was worried that McConnell would sit back and let the senate do anything it wanted but even desantis said today that Biden was president elect. I see maybe 1 senator protesting in the senate but will get shot down really quick. The 12th amendment seems pretty powerful as no one is really willing to go against it

Nevada sent ONLY Trump electors while the others also sent Biden AND Trump electors as required by the Law since there is a challenge in those states.

If one state says they cant determine which to officially vote for in the house the vote switches for one vote per state. Republican states outnumber Democrat and its officially over.

The Senate has to ratify the house vote for it to be final and Pence CAN decide if one state is to be tossed due to overwhelming fraud.
