Good, I am getting too old to start switching right now. I don't want to get addicted to facebook

Taking a free class on Futurelearn called food and mood. It's pretty good, but I need a way more advanced course, they are talking about stuff I was talking about eight years ago. Since then I have learned much more of how to choose which chemistries to try to treat which problems. They have not kicked me out yet....strange since I comment a lot and it does not always match what consensus of the time in nutrition is saying....but I do supply evidence.
