"Leftist are dictators, it's that simple. The Constitution stands in their way and they LOATH it, this racist artifact from the past. Lol, think about it, the new world, the great reset, the Progressive agenda, all that remains is our Constitution and to them, it needs to go."

It definitely seems like there are more pro-socialists and people willing to compromise the Constitution in that party, but I think we have to keep in mind 'The Right' / Republicans are not free from Globalist Insiders.

The Rockefellers (generations of them), Henry Kissinger, The Bush's .. all Republicans. And if we are to determine they are pro-Globalist, then they are likely pro-Socialist, anti-Constitiution even if they do not express it. Why? because that seems to be the Globalist agenda.

YEAH he did. Cuomo overplayed his hand.

The really sad thing though is that the decision was 5-4 and not 9-0.

The Constitution is rather CLEAR on this type of issue.

IMHO, this shows evidence of just how close we are to losing ALL our Constitutional rights!

(Just one vote away....)

Very sobering reality.

Trump bought us a little time, thank you Mr. President.

The part that bothers me is this was not unanimous.

I would be really interested in the minority opinion on the matter. What were they even thinking? I guess I have to look it up now.

ETA: Here it is
www.supremecourt.gov...

Roberts states Cumo raised the restrictions since the case was filed so it's good. Never mind they were there in the first place I guess?

Breyer, Kagen, and Sotomayor stated " ... essential businesses to be distinguishable from religious services and declined to “second guess the State’s
judgment about what should qualify as an essential business.” "

Matters of faith are not essential when hard times press. But buying Chinese made bull snip at Walmart? TOTALLY essential. Never mind small stores nationwide do not share this same level of "essentialness" when they offer many of the same products.

This scares me.

Roberts us a huge disappointment.
I don't understand his rulings or even believe he's conservative.

For a handful of years now, I've honestly started to believe he's a deep state "plant" and the deep state has Justice Roberts by the balls. I am not saying that Justice Roberts name is on Epsteins flight logs, but someone with the same exact name of his is on it.. (also, I understand that John Roberts is a common name... so take that caveat with a grain of salt)... but it would make sense with some of his rulings, that he's not acting in good faith. If i was a betting man (which i am) i would bet the deep state has Justice Roberts by the balls... I would guess he's been on Epstein Island, and I would also venture the guess they have him on record doing horrible things... Just my 2cents, but seems feasible... Imagine having the control over a Supreme Court Justice... now that's power..

I'll refer you back to what I said earlier in the thread.

For those three, they're totally fine with allowing individuals to pick and choose and set tiers in defiance of both the explicit protections of the 1st Amendment and the Equal Protection Clause.

There would be a way to make this technically constitutional, but none of these little dictators are using it.

I'm almost starting to wonder if Roberts and Scalia got caught doing something illegal

Then Scalia said piss off and Roberts rolled over

Great!

Junkies can get their fix, blm can whine about thugs taking the room temp challenge and antifa can burn/loot/riot but religious services are a no-go?

It's our duty to kneecap these terrorist criminals in any way humanly possible.

If we all do our part, this country will be ungovernable at best. And take a due from those gamer gate kids, leaderless is the way to go

Agreed, plenty of worthless subhuman terrorists among our own ranks. Many of us have advocated purging those ranks for quite some time

This is a country of around 200,000,000 citizens and an addition 130,000,000 who are enemy socialist occupiers. Do what you will with that.

They can shove their unity where the sun doesn't shine

The fact 4 of these so called judges opposed this ruling is pretty stunning to me. That's about all I can say on this...

It's amazing to see the consensus here, and not one dissenting opinion. Almost as if this is too liberal of an idea, and Trump may have saved our nation by keeping constitutionalists in the majority.

It's a shame he's orange and bad.

Historically, churches helped the poor and needy.

Government is pissed off because they want people dependent on government instead of local individual churches or charities.

CNN is not doing itself any favors by slamming 5 members of the U.S. Supreme Court as "scientifically illiterate", due to their decision against governor Cuomo.
