Old testimony on voting hacking

I don't think I've been on here in close to a decade, but I think this is the place I saw it. Long ago, I saw testimony of voting machine scams. Does anyone have that link? It was one guy insinuating the voting machines were corruptible. Google just shows me recent stories, but this testimony is older, prior to 2012 probably. Thanks for your help in providing any older info on election fraud.

I don't have anything particularly old, because the older stuff is 100% compromised. You can read the Defcon 27 report on the machines from August of 2019 however, which shows that every single machine they had could be hacked in some fashion. Defcon 27 Voting Villiage Report
