Biden Implies Harris Is Feeding Him Classified Info From Her Seat On Intel Committee

I'm behind now on politics because life, but watched Biden's little press conference the other day and as someone who knows what a security clearance is, I thought that one of the things he said was a little strange.

So I did a search on it and others have caught it as well...

Former Vice President and Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden said during a press conference Monday, that although he does not receive intelligence briefings because he is not the President, his running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) is using her placement on the United States Senate Select Committee on Intelligence to obtain classified information.

Speaking in front of a blue background emblazoned with the slogan “Office of the President Elect,” Biden said “And uh, so, it would make it a lot easier if the President were to participate, you have a number of Republicans suggesting that….”

“The good here is that my colleague is still on the Intelligence Committee so she gets the intelligence briefings,” Biden said, turning and smiling in Harris’ direction. “I don’t anymore, so uh, um, uh, that uh, that is, but there’s a number of Republicans calling for that.”

Although the left on this site have no doubt that Biden is indeed the President-Elect, in reality he is a private citizen right now.

Harris just can't use her position on the Intel Committee to feed him information that he does not have the right to know.

That would be a felony.

As an aside, I honestly think he is wearing ear buds, because just after he said that he stopped, had some verbal diarrhea and didn't know where he was for a moment.

Almost like someone was screaming in his ear "Holy ### Joe!!! Just read the ####ing teleprompter and stay on script!!!!"

Now, I am quite aware that laws and stuffs don't apply to anyone in the Democratic party, but I thought I would throw this out there for discussion.

Joe Biden is being briefed on national security by those without clearance to do so. Holding a title that isn't officially recognized by the united states government.

Seems cut and dry folks.

Technically it is not a matter of the level of security clearance, although I doubt that Joe as a private citizen currently holds a TS.

The actual problem is Secure Compartmentalized Information.

Joe does not legally qualify for the "Need To Know" part of that equation.

Which is why although other Senators hold the same security clearance as members of the Intelligence Committee, those members are not allowed to dissemble the information to Senators not on the Committee.

People are quite literally rotting in prison for doing that.

Although again, laws don't seem to matter if you are a Democrat so I just thought I would point out the hypocrisy.

I'm going to have a lot of fun pointing that out the next 4 years, no matter who wins.

Yeah, hes not still the VP, hes not holding office.......Im all in if he wins, do what ya gotta do as you would for any president......but this is NOT excuseable.....

We see govenor, reps and senators gleefully gathering, maskless while thier states decay.

Every 3 and 4 letter office in govt is politicized.

We've seen repeatedly a 2 tiered justice system.

Hell, even HRC was breaking laws, investigated and we still got the "no reasonable prosecutor" line.

That's hilarious and more than a little bit concerning. Can you imagine the # storm from the media if Trump did something comparable. It would be headlines and there would be round table discussions on most networks, not to mention the Democratic peanut gallery squawking.

Dunno either... I'm a citizen that is not privy to any and all of what is going on behind the scenes right now BUT....

I still think Trump has a 50/50 shot at it.

Although him winning means burning down America and rebuilding.

Him losing means a slightly slower dumpster fire and America rebuilding.

I'm just here for the entertainment at this point.

I stumbled into being paid (rather badly) to ghost write my viewpoints now for some people in the media.

Those things he said would give more than enough probable cause to bug Harris and Biden to reveal the breaking of NDA's and such.
