Well Reuters has it on their YouTube and the title is Hilary Clinton speaks and....and...there is no one else in the video that looks like Clinton so...

If that is Hillary the lockdown has not been good to her? To me it looks like an imposter since I saw an interview after the debate and it looks almost nothing like her.

If it is her then her makeup person for the interview just surpassed Oprah’s as the best makeup artist ever. Is she auditioning soon for a part on the Mandalorian cantina scene?
