CHARLES HURT: “At this point in the 2016 election, the sitting president had already weaponized the federal government into a sprawling covert-spy operation against the man who had just been elected president. It would be years, however, before guilty parties even admitted that they had, indeed, used the government to spy on their political opponents at the height of a national election.

So please, spare me all the pearl-clutching over President Trump and 70 million American citizens who are today rightly suspicious about whether this latest election was stolen.”

Whether Donald Trump gets reelected or not has no bearing on this post.

The fact remains that Donald Trump has endured what seems to be the biggest political scandal in US history from since before he took over the reigns in 2016.

We are being told that the election took its course and we should accept the result.

The only problem with that is the media does not get to declare the winner before the results are officiated.

There's seemingly intelligent people frequenting ATS that would have you believe it's over. Trump lost.

Not yet.

Donald Trump may have come in attempting to overturn the rot that has made DC its home, but his opponents are attempting to destroy the system altogether.

The fraud that has been perpetuated will erode public faith on both sides.

It doesn't matter who wins in the context that the damage done will not be repaired.

A house divided against itself cannot stand.

Once again, look to those smug bastards running social and mainstream media.

I will keep asking: why hasn't section 230 been abolished by now?

Why has President Trump not done anything about it?

You might want to look up the powers a president actually has. They're not as powerful as you might think.

Who is the runner-up?

Couldn't resist, ignore me...I'll show myself out.

Granted.

But the president does tweet about something he perceives to be wrong and ask the relevant parties to act upon it.

I may be wrong but has he done the same with this issue?

Even Jimmy carter, who is about as distant from Trump politically and personally-wise as any recent politician gets, said he believed Trump has been the least-fairly-treated president in history.

I don't care what he tweets about, I don't read them nor do I believe they have any effect on anything that happens one way or the other.

Good job, Bones. Bumped.
Almost exactly HALF of the voting aged population here
says the election is illegitimate. Over a third are convinced
that a civil war is coming as a result.

And for whatever reason and lastly, the media is beginning to
float that horrific latter option into the ether. The marching
orders look somewhat clear to me... either Biden is the
DeFacto President or you must want a war.

No in-between solution visible either. You been watching how
fast even CANVASSING/RECOUNT/AUDIT is reviled as illegitimate
itself by the media? As if they're in on the bum's rush so much
they want Trump out of the White House NOW.
What's that about? Forget your sunscreen this morning, Senator?

Schumer: Trump 'really dumb' for attacking intelligence agencies

thehill.com...

“Let me tell you, you take on the intelligence community, they have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you,” Schumer told MSNBC's Rachel Maddow.

It anyways seemed like a sanctioned threat to me. And more credible than ever.

You seem to be missing the point.

Why is everyone just accepting of section 230?

I find it funny that Biden's votes still continue to increase while Trump's have pretty much ceased. The democrats probably could have gotten away with this if they'd tried it under a less popular incumbent, but jealousy and envy got in their way and they couldn't help themselves. Of all the people they've cheated, they had to try to pull the biggest scandal off on probably the most popular president we've ever seen. You just can't get much dumber than that.

I find this funny.

During the first presidential debate between President Donald Trump and Joe Biden, Chris Wallace of Fox News asked Biden if he would “pledge not to declare victory until the election is independently certified,” to which the former vice president answered, “yes.”

Mu st have slipped his demented old mind, I guess.

Because he needs a R majority in both houses, and legislation created to.

He don't have that yet.

If he wins his court challenges,Jorgensons EC votes get awarded to him since SHE is a so called libertarian. The election is over.

We just might see it next year.

I think that's a false premise, not everyone does. 230 has shown to be inadequate (or irrelevant) where some forms of media are concerned but no one in government wants to ruffle the feathers of the now-too-powerful media.

Trump is taking the first feeble steps necessary to disassemble the covert Democrat Party Playbook (of some 50+ ways) to manipulate the legal vote count and to create out-of-thin-air votes for their Democrat candidate, AKA: Turn the election...

the crafty socialists deliberately contrive 12,000 votes from nursing-home internees, because the 'package is too small to consider'
the vote harvesting conspirators save the 100,000 vote packages for the original & legal votes that were set-aside during the ballot counting sessions...to be swept away and 'replaced' by the democrat fabricated votes for their chosen candidate... the mail-in votes made this part of the scheme a 'go-to' operation

other 'abnormalities' in votes are brushed off as anomalies... the loudest voices are the Guilty seeking cover

to uncover the multi- Dozens or Scores of 'Tricks' used in the vote-scam Playbook will (because of the complexity) take longer than Nov 30th to reveal ---- and much longer than the December deadline for the States to Certify the 'Legal' votes even though many were Fake-Votes created as the Needs arose for the socialist-democrats operating in the deep-basements of evil Technocracy

well, thats the Narrative i'm working with, in a parody of the Nixxon Wadder-Gate fiasco ...of some 50 years ago

I'm not so sure it should be abolished. It has its place in my opinion. The real question is, why are Zucky and Dorkey still being protected under it? They don't fall under its provisions because their actions exempt them from its protections. The moment they made a choice to censor one side and not the other, they became publishers. Publishers are not covered under section 230, if I understand it correctly.

And where does this power originate from?

Section 230.

The level of propaganda being forcefed to the public is on par with wartime propaganda in the 1930s and 40s.

Everybody cries "fake news" but there is no "repeal section 230" campaign that has ever made it's way to the places I frequent for information.

Everybody wants to cut the weed off above surface level but nobody is interested in the roots.

I really hope the fraud is found and turned around. If that's the case then Trump will take this election, and rightfully so. He may have a lot of people who hate him and voted for Biden as a vote against Trump, but I'll never be convinced that THAT many people voted for him. When/If the election goes back to Trump, the first person I'm tuning into to watch will be Suzanne Guthrie.

By the media's logic, anyone can call themselves "President-Elect", so I've taken the same honors and given myself that title as well.

I think the biggest mistake that everyone seems to be falling for is the misnomer that we has a "President-elect" already without the Electoral College voting or CONgress actually signing on to the true count....

But the media wants you to think Biden already won, as they continue to manipulate the masses the way they have badgered Trump for 4+ years now...non-stop.

It's ridiculous and frankly a good reason for all Americans to shut their MSM channels off permanently.
Let the votes be counted, the EC make the call, and the tally be true.

Our President is not elected until all the steps actually happen.
