Lol, the MSM would probably just mention it in like a 30 second segment -"Today, Trump won the US President 2020 election after a voter miscount... In other news, Biden says he´s accepted the job as the CEO of Google." Then quickly defer to some other news. Well, a conservative can dream I guess

Plus the memo has a lot of if's and maybe's in it.

When I read it it sounds more like barr is trying to calm people down rather than that he believes there was massive fraud.

The election process requires transparency.

For the very thing we are seeing happening right now.

There should be a way, using parties from both sides, to prove to the public it was a fair election.

The state system can be audited and vetted. They keep all kinds of records and have all kinds of safeguards.

PA would be a good place to start. If there are not enough fake votes there to overturn the election in that state, then Biden wins.

Totally agree. If there is actual evidence of fraud, enough to change the election, I would be the first to accept it.

I'm a number cruncher by profession. Whenever you work with a lot of numbers there are always exceptions, people die, people filled things out wrong or in error. That is not fraud, it's just mistakes.

Fraud is thousands of fake filled in ballots, thrown away ballots etc.

Please... Please investigate... Check every nook and cranny

It's the only way our country will heal under Biden. The right won't ease up until it's proven there is no fraud.

So I openly welcome the investigation.

That being said. There is nothing to investigate, and they will rule that way.

Biden will be the POTUS.

But I agree we do need to take these steps to chill everyone out.

Investigate yes, peek in those nooks and crevices. However once it is demonstrated that the election was won by Biden, your hope that the right will ease up when that happens is, I think, wishful thinking.

LOL, do you think we are busy loading magazines and oiling up the rifles? This is all we wanted. it looked super fishy, and with the last 5 years and the BAMN crowd, I think it's the least that can be done. If nothing is found, we will be sad, but somehow, we will get by.

I'm personally waiting patiently for the idiots who cheer the MSM and big tech censorship and collusion to finally realize one day, it might not benefit them. Sure it will be too late, but as one poster here continues to rail on and on about, tasting the salty tears will make it all better.

That is all we’re asking of you guys. Understand that trust is earned and all of us....not just Trump have been attacked, accused, labeled.
You called us Nazis for 4 years and you knew you didn’t really believe that.
We are only using our legal rights.
They are there to protect BOTH of us.

Yes, I suspect the people that supported socialism in Venezuela had some regrets after their economy was destroyed.

There is actually , so i hear, a big movement with the left to start saying yes count all legal votes audit everything.

They believe massive fraud will not be found.

It's picking up steam. Though you are the first I've seen on ats saying it. I've seen tons of libs on twitter saying it.

Then the question becomes will they accept it when cheating is found and the winner is Trump.

My faith in Bill Barr is non existent.

I'm sure he'll have the investigation completed sometime after Biden leaves office in 2024.

This election was the most transparent we have ever had.

Philadelphia was live streaming the vote count on youtube.
A lot of other places were live streaming the counts as well.

Here's atlantas www.youtube.com...

What does the law say, can a new President elect be sworn in even if there is still an investigation of fraud ongoing and the current President does not concede? Is there presidence on this in the US?

The Electoral College in 2020

The following is a summary of how the Electoral College will work in the 2020 presidential election:

Spring and Summer 2020: Nomination of Electors. The political parties in each state nominate their electors. Parties and states have different ways of going about this, but a party's presidential electors are generally loyal or consistent party members. The parties want to be sure they can rely on their electors to cast their votes for the party's nominee for president.

Nov. 3, 2020: Election Day, when voters in each state will select their presidential electors. The names of electors are not on the ballot in most states. Rather, when a voter casts a vote for a presidential candidate, s/he is also casting a vote for the electors already selected by the party of that candidate. If a majority of voters in a state vote for the Republican candidate for president, the Republican slate of electors is elected. If a majority vote for the Democratic candidate, the Democratic slate of electors is chosen.

Dec. 8, 2020: Deadline for Resolving Election Disputes. All state recounts and court contests over presidential election results must be completed by this date. (3 U.S.C. § 5). For the majority of states the date of certification is the same as for all contests, but in eight states there is a deadline that either directly references 3 USC §5 or uses similar language, requiring that disputes surrounding the selection of presidential electors be resolved in time to meet the “safe harbor” deadline: Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. For detailed information on state post-election processes, please visit this page.

I will.

I will too.

I think this brings up a bigger issue. The way we vote, and how all states do it differently.
Something needs to change for the better so both sides feel more secure in the validity of their vote.

You mean when Harris leaves office, Biden is probably in a nursing home by then.

Think about it - Funny how they needed to push mail in ballots to vote due to Covid - saying it could take weeks to count them - but rushing to judgement and crowding around and celebrating is no problem now LoL

What a CON the Dems are going to get caught up in LOL
