He said mostly like 99% of the people never even heard of Biden.
It's likely that Putin has no faith in Biden at all.
On the world stage I highly doubt that Biden will have any credibility at all.

I think Biden will bring some of the credibility that Trump squandered back to the World stage , talking about issues rather than constantly aggrandizing himself will be a welcome change.
