The usual suspects are ignoring the biggest gun grab in our history.

So why don't you read it for yourself.

Joe Biden also knows how to make progress on reducing gun violence using executive action. After the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School in 2012, President Obama tasked Vice President Biden with developing both legislative proposals and executive actions to make our communities safer. As a result of this effort, the Obama-Biden Administration took more than two dozen actions, including narrowing the so-called “gun show loophole,” increasing the number of records in the background check system, and expanding funding for mental health services. Hold gun manufacturers accountable. In 2005, then-Senator Biden voted against the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, but gun manufacturers successfully lobbied Congress to secure its passage.. That one's a knee slapper since car makers, and drug makers aren't accountable for DUI's and OD's.

Get weapons of war off our streets. The bans on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines that Biden, along with Senator Feinstein, secured in 1994 reduced the lethality of mass shootings. But, in order to secure the passage of the bans, they had to agree to a 10-year sunset provision and when the time came, the Bush Administration failed to extend them. As president, Biden will:

Ban the manufacture and sale of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Federal law prevents hunters from hunting migratory game birds with more than three shells in their shotgun. That means our federal law does more to protect ducks than children. It’s wrong. Joe Biden will enact legislation to once again ban assault weapons. This time, the bans will be designed based on lessons learned from the 1994 bans. For example, the ban on assault weapons will be designed to prevent manufacturers from circumventing the law by making minor changes that don’t limit the weapon’s lethality. While working to pass this legislation, Biden will also use his executive authority to ban the importation of assault weapons.

Regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act

Reduce stockpiling of weapons. In order to reduce the stockpiling of firearms, Biden supports legislation restricting the number of firearms an individual may purchase per month to one.

End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions. Biden will enact legislation to prohibit all online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts.

Create an effective program to ensure individuals who become prohibited from possessing firearms relinquish their weapons.

And according to Clyburn.

Comrade Joe Has a mandate to do it.

That right there people is the biggest power grab we've ever seen.

And if your counting on the Senate- That's stolen.

And if your counting on the Scotus.- Don't.

We finally become a police state.

Why would you discount SCOTUS? Cuz it suits your paranoia? And what of all the other judges Tman appointed in the circuit courts?

Conservatives need to quit whining and play by the lefts rules. Get involved, get rowdy if needed and go after politicians in their state that would allow this.

If states can ignore federal laws on immigration, then red states can just not enforce these yet to be made laws.

Sit down, and shut up and take it eh.

I love civil liberty in action.

Acktually, theyve been coming for our guns.

And as usual, no marches, no protests, no rallies, not a peep.

Just complete and total submission.

In Florida alone, thousands of firearms have been confiscated under the Republican Red Coat bill.

I fully expect them to use the Florida gun confiscation model especially since it was introduced, passed and signed into law by Republicans.

This gives them the perfect justification.

a reply to: neo96

Are you referring to the Biden or Republican plan?

a reply to: Rekrul

Florida doesnt require registrations either.

If you know that someone owns a firearm, another individual can have them confiscated by claiming any number of things, true or not.

The firearms, accessories and ammunition are confiscated.

The victim has to then try and disprove his guilt (theres no presumption of innocence and no due process), assuming he can afford to do so and if the State finds him less guilty, he can then petition for the return of his property, again, assuming he can afford to do so.

Its the take the guns first, "due process" later model, (there is no "due process" if it occurs after the fact).

I doubt it. No sheriff will want to risk their lives for that BS. Especially in my state. Dick wad biden needs to fix Chicago first if he even wins. And if he does I will not comply with any of his sh!t.

You either think everyone should have a gun,

or you realize regulations are important.

Also, I know this is a pretty dead question, but why do you need to walk around crowded public areas with rifles for 'self defense' again?

I'm actually fine with giving you my personal permission to stockpile firearms that are even illegal against Government tyranny, but walking around a crowded street constantly making demonstrations you're a badass with a Rifle isn't that. You're like attention whores, attention whores shouldn't be allowed to have guns, it's an obvious recipe for disaster.

In the meantime, if you want to stockpile whatever you want, I don't care. Just stop threatening people with it, that's all walking around in public with them is. Actually cannot wait for the day some moron has his rifle taken from him and then it's used by a stranger because they have to display their power constantly and cannot use it responsibly.

That's what the second says.

It wasn't until the 60s they started prohibiting felons.

I wonder how people ever survived.

Guess they should make killing others against the law or some snip.

That won't work with every state. Especially Ohio. Hell even here in Illinois we're not required to register any firearms.

Alright, lets arm the pedophiles and bank robbers first then. Your call. Because they will have one long before 'normal' people that aren't actually concerned with the need to be able to kill people.

Your version of America is about the same for a normal person, but now Uncle Bob has a gun to tell Becky to get in the van.

My version of America is a people that can defend them from whatever threat they face.

Their next door neighbor or their freggin government.

As the Founding Fathers intended.

Not Bidens fascist snip.

Nothing to worry about here.

If you have a righteous reason to use a gun even if it's an illegal scenario, your countrymen will catch you in court.

This is to stop people that don't have that.

It will be based on a list. If you are on it, you won't be able to own a gun.
The list will be managed by leftists, so as long as you do, say and think what they tell you, you'll be allowed your 2nd amendment right.

As long as it involves hunting with one round.

A person walking around with the gun exposed is no different then a concealed carry.
The only difference is the guy with the gun exposed is less of a threat because you know he is there.

Your problem is your scared of seeing guns. Simply seeing a gun in your eyes is like a person flexing on you and its scary And your sense of security is threatened.

For every gun you see in America there are MANY more you don’t. Be happy they are there because one day they might not be and you will need them.

At this point, I believe the war on guns is simply a talking point for the left. There’s simply no logical way to remove guns from all the citizens. There’s too many. They can keep trying to put more laws in place and they might gain some headway here and there, but in the end, there’s always going to be millions of guns.

Unless our armed services, local and state police, ATF and Feds all decide that they’re going to band together and come after them at once, it’s all BS.
