This surveillance video from PA shows a woman in the bottom left stamping and filling out US election ballots in plain sight, a clear case of election fraud if real.

A little more zoom in this one.

Blank ballot before:

Filled in ballot after:

Some say it´s ballot curing, but this is supposedly not allowed in PA - and since ballot curing is off the table in PA, why would anyone fill in this many blank ballots? I see possible election fraud, you´ll have to decide for yourself what you think is going on here.

Edit: Someone claims this is "Ballot duplication", I´m not familiar with the legalities of this in PA - as Im no lawyer so I´ll leave it up to you to decide.

Download the video as it will most likely be censored by YouTube, just like similar videos have been during the last days.

This is false; that is not what the video shows. Things are hectic enough without deliberately spreading misinformation. Knock it off.

How is this false? You can clearly see her filling out election ballots and stamping them, there is no good reason for anyone ever to fill out multiple ballots like that.

I heard there's a zoomed version where you can see what she's writing.

Can you find that?

ya ok.

You really think someone would be dumb enough to cheat like this on Camera?

He is reading off ballots the machine won't read, and she is copying THOSE.

Absolutely! Yes, I do indeed. I´ve seen lots of just insanely stupid criminal behaviour in my life.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned about Americans - yes, she could well possibly be that dumb.
Oh look, someone with a brand new account defending election fraud? How could this be??

I’ve seen a couple of brand new accounts here on ATS defending election fraud.
If it walks like a duck, and chokes on bread like a duck.. well then

I'm not 'defending election fraud'

this is the most logical and common reason for filling out someone elses ballot, and he literally said there is -no reason-, there is literally reasons other than this even, so that is clearly wrong.

And how do I know as 'an experienced internet user of this website' you don't participate in election fraud again?

Is there a way I can block your messages? Just curious.

You think this video holds up as evidence in court?

(because I think you need a little more then just a circumstantial youtube video)

I really hope so, the guy that has filmed the zoomed in version sent it to Project Veritas - perhaps they´ll scrutinize for criminal behaviour and file a lawsuit on behalf of the US voters?

Well for starters - I’m not American. I don’t get to vote in your country.
Shouldn’t the voter be present if someone else is filling in a ballot for them ie. Blind or other impairment.

And last but not least, if it is as you say - ballots that are ‘un-readable’ by the machine being filled out by a verbal process between 2 people, should there not be more oversight? It’s easy to make mistakes when you’re dealing with thousands of ballots.

He's mocking your interpretation of evidence, this obviously doesn't hold up in court lol.

Since she is copying ballots too, you only get to see two, because that's the mathematical average before she has to fill out one for trump, and then it's a none story.

Edit: You can see a trump one on the stack tho, obviously the video was cut to only show her filling out Biden votes. She did a trump one moments before the start of the video, you can see the ballot.

Seems strange to commit voter fraud for both parties, no?

You lot are really getting silly....

What's they conspiracy hear, that this woman just sits with a camera on her forging ballots.

The guy across from her is probably a republican because they work in twos to keep things fair.

It proves absolutely nothing, unless of course your getting your knickers all in a twist over Trump loosing, its classic pareidolia.

Surely no one can defend this?

When a ballot is unreadable by the machine and it´s edited by a ballot volunteer it´s called "ballot curing", which is legal in 18 US states, but ballot curing is not legal in PA where the video is allegedly filmed.

idk if you're reading the thread, but she is identically copying ballots he is reading, that the machine counter rejected.

there is also a trump ballot on the top of the stack she 'just filled out' prior to the video starting to her filling out two biden ballots.

So why is she filling out ballots for both of them then?

I'm no expert, but people are explaining this as "Ballot Duplication", a legitimate process (not to be mistaken with "Ballot Curing", which is a different process entirely).

ballot duplication is the process for replacing damaged or improperly marked ballots (i.e., the voting system cannot read the ballot) with a new ballot that preserves the voter’s intent. The ballot duplication processes create a “clean ballot” with the voter’s choices that can be read by ballot tabulation equipment. The process also ensures that the original voter-marked ballot is retained for the record including any required auditing. It is the duplicated or transcribed “clean ballot,” and not the damaged one, that is counted by tabulation equipment.

Seems to fit what we're seeing in this video, which certainly is not conclusive evidence of fraud. You need to be certain before calling something out, otherwise we're going to have a "boy cried wolf" scenario where perhaps valid instances of fraud are overlooked.
