Middle Earth... Recreated in Minecraft

One of my all time favorite games... Minecraft has been around for a long time, and it still manages to stay relevant. I haven't played in a couple years but i know i can return to the game anytime and it will never fail to amuse

I played on this server a long time ago... it was just in the early stages, and i revisited it a few times over the years

Now they're Celebrating their 10th anniversary... and they're not even close to slowing down creating the world 10 years in

Keep in mind the server is approx. 29,000 by 30,000 blocks...

Thats around 870 square Kilometers... for reference, thats about the size of Dallas Texas... bloody huge!



Just gives me that feeling... i think its about time to get back into some minecraft!

Thanks for sharing - going to show this vid to my kids - they don't know LOTR yet, but this ought to be a great way to get them into it!
