How do you know there isn’t A FISA warrant on Hunter?

FISA warrants are highly classified. It was highly unusual for the FISA warrants that figured in the Crossfire Hurricane investigation to be publicly released. Most FISA warrants never see the light of day.

The other thing to remember is that FISA warrants aren’t primarily for criminal investigations; they are for counterintelligence investigations. They are for cases where there is a reason to suspect that some American citizen is covertly acting as an agent on behalf of a foreign government. FISA investigations are for trying to figure out what the foreign governments in those cases are up to—what are they trying to achieve? In trying to arrange a meeting between his father and his Ukrainian business partners Hunter was presumably motivated by financial gain, not advancing the policy of the Ukrainian government. If that’s all there was to it, then no, that wouldn’t be enough to justify a FISA warrant.

A better question might be where's Hunter and is he still alive? When was the last time he was seen?
