I saw this in the comments section this morning in an article on FoxNews. Wow...powerful statement. I couldn't agree more.... Wish I could shake this gentlemen's or gentlewoman's hand. Would be nice to see every GOP candidate run this in an ad...

I am not voting for a man. I am voting for the principles for which this country has stood since its founding. I am voting for Constitutional government. I am voting for a strong and viable military. I am voting for a vibrant economy. I am voting for the right to keep and bear arms. I am voting for the freedom to worship. I am voting for a national recognition of the founding of our nation on Biblical principles. I am voting for the ability for anyone to rise above their circumstances and become successful. I am voting for my children and grandchildren to be able to choose their own path in life, including how and where their children are educated. I am voting for our borders to be open to everyone who enters under our law and closed to everyone who would circumvent or ignore the law. I am voting for the Electoral College to remain in place, so that a few heavily populated liberal centers do not control the elections. I am voting for a Supreme Court that interprets the Constitution rather than rewrites it. I am voting to teach history, with all its warts, not erase it or revise it. I am voting for the sanctity of life from conception to birth and after.

I voted to keep our Republic what it was designed to be - Representative Constitutional Republic. There is still a lot to do to make sure it stays that way.

i voted for policy, and against the establishment. Yes, Trump is part of that establishment now...but they reject him enough to keep him relevant in my mind.

You may get your wish Augustus. We're overdue according to some academics.

On topic: Good overview. I've said it previously...A vote for Harris is a vote for the Peoples republic of America. A vote for Trump is a vote toward keeping our Constitutional Republic. It's that simple.

That about sums it up...

I think Trump is buffoonish and uncouth. He isn't very polished and certainly not "Presidential".

However, he represent the best hope we have to govern by the constitution and common sense. I am not voting for him as a person, but as the guy that is getting the job done. Nothing more.

2016 I voted absentee while I was living in the Philippines.

I held my nose, said a prayer, and with shaky and faltering hand voted Trump because Hilary called TPP the "Gold Standard" of trade deals.

That monstrosity would sink us. As a Libertarian I thought trump was horrible. Hated him from his Apprentice TV days.

These past 4 years I've been more and more glad I voted as I did. TPP dead. Slashing EPA and government overreach. NAFTA dead. China tariffs. Troops coming home. No new wars - first time in my lifetime. Bringing back US manufacturing. Energy Independence.

These are some of the best Presidential achievements of my lifetime.

The wall I could do without.

His attitude is still horrid.

His ego is still disgusting and he can't admit any fault, even small ones.

But he is no authoritarian and instead he defaulted to states rights when it would have been a lot easier to try to extend Presidential power like Bushes, Clintons, and Obama.

So I voted again for him hoping he gets School Choice. Kills Obamacare for good. And no way in hell I could vote back in corruption like Biden.

Half of my vote is for him this time and half against Democrats who have gone bat-s*** crazy. For the first time in my life I voted strait Republican...

Last time (2018) I voted strait Libertarian and some Democrats slipped into office and I am sorry for the first time I voted Libertarian.

Seconded. There are a lot of things I wish I could change about Trump. I wish we had a better candidate. But he has done a good job as president by any measure. Economics and foreign policy in particular, which are two of my biggest voting issues. Biden would be horrible for both. It's a clear choice.

I hope for 2024 we have more than 2 viable choices.

Donald Trump is a real life Thorton Melon from the classic movie Back to School. Liberals are the Professor.

Rodney Dangerfield plays an uncouth wealthy businessman who goes back to college with his son. He quickly bumps heads with the faculty. In this scene, the arrogant business professor is trying to teach "business theory' while Thorton is trying to explain how things work in the real world.

Usually I look up all my candidates and see what their positions are and I end up voting for at least one Libertarian or Democrat, even if it's just for state rep.

I started doing that this time and I was like you know what, the Democrat party has gone so completely crazy I just don't give a #. I'm not even giving them a chance. I'm voting straight ticket. I won't even chance a Libertarian vote and give these Democrats a chance. They do not deserve it.

True, but flipping the middle finger at half the country is just.so....satisfying. And this time around, probably just as effective as voting.

Funny, that the dems platform is the opposite of the Fox news list.
Almost like they are intentionally hitting the negative bullet points.
This must be the hidden enemy bs Trump was talking about.
