Why would Capitalist Tech Corporations want Socialism. ?

I may be exposing a bit of ignorance on my part here , but that is ok it's part of life how can we gain wisdom without first admitting we know very little about something.

I'm using the above report as an example of Big Social media tech siding with the Democrats or aka the future Socialist , because one way or another these guys will gain power whether they win now or win in four years.

My question is this .

Why would huge Capitalist Big tech companies side with Socialist ? It makes no since these companies rose to power and made there billions using the Capitalist system if it were not for Capitalism they would be just some tech firm under the purview of a Socialist Government.

These companies seem to be doing everything with in there power legal and illegal to make sure these Socialist capture power in the USA , can someone please shed some light on this .

Billion dollar free enterprise tech companies , and they want socialism I must admit I am at a loss on this one.

If socialism does come to America, do you honestly believe that the big tech billionaires, the celebrities, sports stars are going to have a penny less then they have now?

It'll be all of us who will suffer.

The elite will still be the elite in a socialist/communist system.

Not a single hair on their heads will be touched.

They'll just be able to dictate what we say, write, post, think, drink, eat, drive, live.

Study 1984. If Marxism comes to America there will be different classes. All the people rooting for it hope to be in the upper classes, while the rest of us work for tofu and live in tiny apartments. It's not Socialism....it's Marxism......and it's all about CONTROL. And with the control they make sh!t tonnes more money. Just look what's happened during CV19, in about 8 months their wealth went up 25% FFS.

Also, when you're a billionaire or even just extremely rich, the rules, aka sh!t, that we have to deal with doesn't apply to them, they will have freedom regardless of the political insanity of the day.

Dude. These capitalist companies want to take the next step; collectively own the world. Why cant you see it is not socialism if you are at the top pulling the socialt strings like a marionette? It is capitalism on steroids.

Study the rise of communism in Russia. In the early stages, about where we are now with BLM and ANTIFA, the big businessmen and that class were all in on it, virtue signaling just like they are here. They never saw it coming until it ate them up.
