SCOOP: Man Who Fired First Shots Behind Kyle Rittenhouse in Kenosha Has Been Charged.

The man who fired the first shots from behind Kyle Rittenhouse during the fatal incident in Kenosha has been charged. Joshua Ziminski, 35, has been charged with disorderly conduct and use of a dangerous weapon for firing his weapon during the incident on August 25.

According to the charging document, obtained by The Gateway Pundit, while investigating the shooting by Rittenhouse, Kenosha detectives obtained videos in which Ziminski “was holding a black handgun, which he was holding in his left hand, pointing downward.

Detective Howard reports that in reviewing multiple other videos, he was able to see the defendant and Kelly Ziminski, in and around multiple other people on the streets, and the defendant was seen holding the handgun down at his side in said videos.”

Wonder why they finally decided to start charging these other people.

Is it possible that they are trying to deflect the fact that the prosecution of Kyle Rittenhouse is politically motivated.

The entire world can plainly see that in every instance, Kyle was literally running away from or retreating from his attackers.

This video hosted on Ben Swann's ISE.MEDIA, contains much if not all of Kyle's movements on that day:

Kyle Rittenhouse on the day of the shooting.

How much longer until they charge Gaige Paul Grosskreutz.

Good.

Throw the #ers in a cell with their new prison husbands and let the kid go -- he was clearly deliberately set up for people to attack him based on kneejerk who-fired-what assumption.

Kyle Rittenhouse is not going to be charged with breaking any gun laws by his home state of Illinois.

www.npr.org... es-in-illinois

After he shot two rioters, the rioting in Kenosha stopped cold. Kyle is a hero who saved property and maybe innocent lives.

A little noticed fact from the actual interviews is that this filth and his wife claim the weapon was 'stolen' after this incident.

What does this mean?

It means they're afraid of something and the weapon ended up in a river somewhere. Either it was previously stolen or would lead to a ballistic connection to something. Rosenbaum, the pedophile, may have been struck by a bullet from this 'stolen' weapon when they fired it at Kyle.

Grosskreutz should be charged, based on the police reports, for attempted murder.

After all the evidence gets fleshed out in court I hope Rittenhouse hires Lin Wood to pursue defamation charges against every media outlet that claimed he was a white supremecist.

Anyone know if this lovely wedded couple were the ones referred to as "BLM backpack lady" and IIRC "hat dude" from the Kenosha footage breakdown that Shamrock linked here? If so, those were the agent provocateurs seen intermingling with rioters at the gas station minutes before the Rittenhouse pursuit and assault. I hope they sit on these POS and drag every last scrap of information from them about their associations, how they were getting money for their "riot tourism", etc.

Oh yeah, it was them alright

PHOTO

Look at him smiling ear to ear!

He's now cleaned up for his mug shot and shaved the beard.

They got 'ol lurch on camera at the gas station tucking a piece into his waist band. And his chubby checkers, arrogant looking BLM backpack wife was the one wandering amidst the rioters at the same gas station. They sure were smooth, experienced operators, just like the analysis Shamrock linked to.

EDIT: wonder if they managed to find the casing for that shot, probably not, but something tells me ol' lurch and lumpy weren't the brightest silverware in the drawer, probably wouldn't stop to collect brass.

Now, as for the other loose end, bicep hamburger guy that, due to his criminal background, shouldn't have even been in possession of a handgun, how's it going with him?? Hopefully prosecuting him is up next on the docket.

the man is, not sure about the woman, also in reading and watching videos i've seen 2 different names. at the ise in this video he is id'd as alexander blaine, a gang member and amateur porn star.

it's the sixth one down, at the 4:38 mark.
Exclusive Interview: Kyle Rittenhouse Unfairly Smeared by Facebook and MSM?

also i don't think the muzzle flash came from his gun, if you watch the video that the OP linked from ISE, you can see somebody that looks like him and back pack lady walking by from the opposite direction of the flash.

a screen shot,

i'm thinking with 2 different names and them coming from the other way somebody's facts are mixed up.

Yeah I also heard the name Alexander Blaine (???).

Whatever this guy's true name is, I saw in a news report a photograph from the gas station that had him in possession of a handgun, furtively tucking it into his pants. That's why I asked about potential recoverey of casing from the scene, b/c maybe they could match it with what he's seen holding in the photo.

There must be more to the investigation behind the scenes that they have on him, because he reportedly already admitted to firing the shot.

I will try to find the news story link that I watched; they had a frame by frame slowdown of video where you can see the muzzle flash from the handgun going off in the air. That footage is in the parking lot, mere seconds before pedo bald guy is shot.

A few questions one why was he carrying a gun ? If the answer is he expected trouble looks like he was out to find some and find some he did .
Two does he have a carry permit .

Saved life's by Shooting people so that is how it works if your right wing ?
Whos life did he save ?
as for any other people who had guns they should ALL be charged as well .

THE FACT even posters say HE shot first speaks a lot .

One way to solve this thing and conservatives need to get on board and understand the police are monsters. I speak from such traumatic experiences I cant even begin to mention them here I'll be loony for days if I go over any of it. The courts are just as rotten. You cant be a conspiracy theorist and not accept this fact.

How to fix? Simple. A cop commits a misdemeanor, its life in prison. A felony? Death penalty. Plain and simple. No cop will dare milk his position and those who do and get caught will be gone, though I doubt any would. They would obey the law to a T and that is the only way to take a position with so so much potential to be abused for sex money drugs carte blanche crime racking up and make it totally not even worth thinking about not doing what's right.

If someone had shot one of the 9-11 plane hijacker-pilots before he boarded the plane, do you think that would have saved lives?
