Should Joe Biden Be Ineligible for the Presidency if He Helped Sabotage President-elect Trump?

It dawned on me after listening to Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden describe how voters don't deserve to know his thoughts about certain key decisions he'd make, if he becomes President of the United States, that former Vice President Biden may already be disqualified from holding the office of the Presidency.

Why? Because of his alleged participation in the attempted sabotage of the Donald Trump Presidential campaign, and incoming Trump administration, by the Obama-Biden administration, stretching from July 2016 right up until President Trump was sworn in, on January 20, 2017.

The declassification of former CIA director John Brennan's notes this week, proves Obama administration Secretary of State Hillary Clinton colluded with foreign entities to inject disinformation into the 2016 campaign, Senator Tom Cotton, R-Ark., told "Fox & Friends" Wednesday.

"Throughout the summer and fall of 2016, Hillary Clinton and the Democrats were accusing Donald Trump and his campaign of colluding with the Russians.

We now know that that collusion hoax was false and that it was Hillary Clinton and the Democrats who were actually colluding with foreign intelligence officers," Cotton said.

"The person and the campaign responsible for that is Hillary Clinton and the Democrats. Barack Obama knew about it as early as the summer of 2016. I think it's safe to say Joe Biden knew about it as well," he added.

We also know that after candidate Donald Trump shocked the Democrats (and most Republicans) by beating Hillary Clinton, Vice President Joe Biden participated in Oval Office meetings with President Obama, and other cabinet officials, to discuss ways of severely damaging the incoming Trump administration.

One of their targets was incoming National Security Advisor, General Michael Flynn.

Documents declassified this Summer show Vice President Biden accessing ("unmasking") personal information about General Flynn during the Obama-to-Trump transition period.

Vice President Biden also suggested in a January 5, 2017 Oval Office meeting that FBI Chief James Comey use the never-used-before "Logan Act" to entrap General Flynn for an indictment/arrest.

If it is proven that Joe Biden participated in these horrific actions against the incoming Trump Administration, should that disqualify Joe Biden from being President of the United States of America?

After all, former Vice President Joe Biden is attempting to replace the very man whom his Obama-Biden administration attempted to sabotage in 2016 and 2017!

Biden is the biggest and worst liar I have ever heard in politics. Nothing he says is trustworthy. I can't understand how Democrats can't see that he is full of BS.

Do they brainwash the people in college to believe in Democrat lies or something? They are using bait to make the young think they are going to forgive their college debt. The government cannot forgive one persons college costs without giving those who paid reimbursement for their costs, that would be discrimination. It would cost the Taxpayers ten trillion dollars and taxes would skyrocket if they did that. So folks, that will never pass in congress. If they can't even agree on paying pandemic necessities, how are they going to get senators to go back and pay for everyone's college for the last forty years or so.

The only thing the Democrats are doing is to increase their power, if they cared about people they would be negotiating to pay out another stimulus check and extend the unemployment for another period of time and to help small businesses keep employees when profits are low. At least Trump did a short term executive order to help those on unemployment get by. Which the Democrats bitched about and threatened to burn him for. Trump is for our countries citizens more than most people realize, without the big businesses selling to small businesses, most small businesses would collapse, and if Biden raises the taxes on the wealthy, these small businesses will have higher buying costs which will make it so Amazon and a few super businesses on the Democrat side selling directly to customers will have an advantage. I do not want to order every single thing on line, I like going shopping and seeing the quality of things. I buy mostly local, but not all, we can't get a lot of things here. Liberals here buy online, supporting people in other areas, not our own people. This caused a lot of small store closings before the pandemic here. and it got much worse since then.

IMO, If proof emerges that Joe Biden participated in (or knew of?) the sabotage plans, it will be a bombshell that causes well-rounded Democrats to not vote for him.

Biden Maybe guilty yes , but the very people who would be in charge of gathering the evidence of his guilt and finding him ineligible to hold office are the very people who helped Sabotage President Trump along side Biden. ? .

I think the scandal rises to another level if the Democratic Presidential nominee is shown to have participated in the sabotage of an incoming Administration.

If (heaven forbid!) he wins, President-elect Joe Biden could be compelled by subpoena to answer questions.
