Having not seen the pictures perhaps you SUV Experts can answer a few questions.
Was it a normal "run of the mill, soccer mum" SUV ?
or was it a special commission for the "President of the USA" SUV?

What are the air circulation patterns in the vehicle?
Were there any dividers between Trump and the Agents?
Is there a positive air pressure to stop contaminations from enter the SUV?
Are the agents also positive for the virus currently?
Been in the same airspace as Trump, could likely already be infected, from the same event as Trump caught it, for instance.
As always the risks involved would have been considered some of those without facts will make up their own based on their knowledge of AN SUV and not THE SUV and the whole situation.

Or considering the other Trial and off label medical information happening

Even sick he needs security detail so these agents were all ready exposed prior to the drive. When president quarantined agents would have as well. These agents knew going to hospital with him would put them at risk and im sure were asked or volunteered to be on the protection detail. For one it guarantees they are the only secret service near the president. His personal detail usually around 10 agents get direct access others are used for security.

Now heres something most do not realize at anytime secret service can stop the President from doing something if they decide its dangerous. They also had to make the arrangements for his trip and as you can see they did not use the presidential limo. There was a reason for this the presidential limo is driven by army personel. To prevent exposure they used the suburbans the secret service use. Since the agents have already been exposed and these were designed to prevent the spread of germs and nerve agents. Facinating fact is the driver can actually use his own air supply if needed.

Also take a close look at what masks his secret service detail are using

I have 2 thoughts on this:

- Its anonymous sources again, and has zero validity as a report of anything, given the recent track history of media
- despite this, its correct. Trump should not have done this, as it needlessly endangers others. If nothing else, it puts more strain on the secret service, as well as racks up potential leave costs. As an executive, Trump should absolutely be sensitive to unneccessary labor costs, as labor is always the biggest budget item for any enterprise that isn't volunteer driven. Its a bad business decision, and a bad leadership decision. That he called the people outside his "fans" kind of hints at his arrogance.
