How about diseases like Hepatitis B and C, Type 2 diabetes, Herpes Simplex Virus that are all asymptomatic and thats just to name a few? They are not obvious to the naked eye!

I'm not constantly wearing a face mask, I also worked in the health service and had to wear a mask for years. My health and teeth are just fine.

I am just glad that this year I have not heard of one single person getting the flu!
If they have flu symptoms it is covid.

I see a star inside the store over certain displays. I haven't been caring to notice the name lately.
