Well, in the video Trump made at the Hospital he was not orange. They should fire the person putting all the orange on Trump's face. I wasn't sure if it was even Trump because he was white.

I think it's possible that it may be a body double in this video. Pay particular attention to the inflections and pitch of his voice. It sounds like someone who has been voice coached to impersonate Trump and is doing a pretty good job at it, but there are quite a few subtle differences in the pronunciation and tone of certain words.

The video of Trump supposedly waving to supporters outside Walter Reed from inside a SUV looked like a body double. The mask actually emphasized the lack of resemblance by drawing attention to the eyes and ears, which didn't seem quite right.

A lot of media stunts that might have required a body double in the past would now use a deep fake and/or other video editing methods based on previously recorded footage.
