The White House operates a world-class, state-of-the-art medical facility.

Presidents are not hospitalized “out of an abundance of caution."

Remdesivir is generally reserved for extremely ill patients requiring oxygen or intubation, though clearly the standard of care is different and more aggressive for the president of the United States. Even so, in all likelihood, he's sicker than they are admitting and much further along in the timeline than they are admitting.

And let's not forget that his latest "covid advisor," Dr. Scott Atlas, is neither a covid nor an infectious disease specialist, but a neuroradiologist, making it concenient for him to be around to treat and observe one of Trump's numerous comorbidities, prefrontotemporal dementia, which covid can radically escalate.

There needs to be an honest statement about the condition of the president and soon.

I wish no ill on anyone, hopefully he makes a full recovery.

But if not then I hope he makes a 'dying wish' because I hear they're a thing now that have to be respected.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg's dying wish could have been that President Biden nominate her replacement. All Dem efforts seem to be attempting to make her dying wish come true.

Or it's just the right thing to do.

ETA: i would go so far as to say that a Spanish Flu type disease in modern times would wipe out a much higher percentage of people, given our more close quarters than we had then. Larger cities like NYC, Houston, Tokyo...decimated by it id think.

but our hygiene , sanitation , and medicine is much better. these things would counter the spanish flu in our modern times.

perhaps if covid had hit in the 1900's it too would have killed 100,000 by october?

What utter nonsense.

The right thing to do is to follow the constitution.

There has been an update on the President's health. No oxygen today. Fever free for 24 hours and stated he is 72 hours into the illness. Just adds questions. He was taken to the hospital yesterday evening because of a fever they said. How is it over 24 hours fever free? Also 72 hours into the illness? He knew he was ill before he went to Bedminster and still went? They didn't tell the public until 1am Friday?

Exactly. Fever free for 24 hours does not compute.

Certainly it would.

But the issue is immunity. The spanish flu was novel enough to kick the hell out of a population without immunity. Nor hygeine. Nor medical accumen.

Still, CV-19 has had a profound effect. Even with our medical accumen, it took awhile to be able to stabilize treatment plans.

I find it odd that we still have the hydroxychloriquine argument. China uses it, and has found pretty solid success in nations they have helped (Costa Rica). I'd hate to find out that it was a viable treatment that was with held for political reasons. Although drug options are pretty political to begin with, as the US has no FDA approval for things that are rather common in other nations. Torodol is an example....Mexico gives blister packs of this medication. In the US you can only get it in a shot from your doctor. Laetril is another example...pretty common outside the US. In the US its a felony to possess.

Justice Kavanaugh.

After that insanity I honestly don't care how democrats feel about it anymore.

There is no "dying wish" clause in the constitution. Obama and democrats lost the election in 2016. It was a lame duck session and nothing close to the circumstances of today.

Cite a legitimate source that states POTUS has “prefrontotemporal dementia”

1. Was it really her dying wish? I feel sad if it was...One would think her last moments would be about love of her family and close friends and not something political. I don't hold it past the libs to invent her dying wish...

2. It is/was not "her" seat... period.

3. Precedents in about 30 other SC selections says do it, like 22 Presidents have done it in their last year some more than just one.

4. Back when Obama wanted to do it and the Senate stopped him RBG said that the President doesn't stop in his last year. This is why I don't think it was her dying wish as she commented it was the President's right to do it even on Obama's lame duck 8th year, and this isn't Trump's lame duck year since he is running again.

My son at college said everyone passed it around within the first two weeks. Everyone he knows that got it and we are talking 100s of people all had a small fever under 100 for just one day. He checked his temperature on a Sat and it was like 99 and by Sun night it was gone. Then they all had 4 days of no smell... By day three they felt find other than no smell which he said was really weird and the worst part.

It seems obvious as the days go on to me that this was a deliberate attack on the POTUS... probably small pox style blanketed at some point in the last 2 weeks because all the majors are coming down with it, masked or not.... It feels like an attack, it feels too convenient to be an accidental contraction, he's worked for months in the peak of the pandemic and now a month out before election day, all his key staff gets it? Somebody knows something.

This picture in the CNN article tripped alarm bells for me, especially with how they highlighted these figures, both masked and unmasked, and the media capitalizing on it as a "super spreader" event. The super spreader is some operative on either the democrat party, the CCP gov't or both. It's probably both.

The highlighting to me is almost like the criminal has gone back to the crime scene to gloat in their dirty works.

or.............maybe just maybe someone not wearing a mask, someone who has been seen in large crowds, or
someone downplaying a pandemic. I know this is a conspiracy site, but sometimes things are exactly as they are.

I know of way more mask wearers who have gotten it than non mask-wearers. Did the mask wearers touch a fire too?
