I mentioned it as it has been discussed as to what may have been the event that started it. This appears to be related to the SCOTUS event as the cases of people who were in close contact there without masks or social distancing are now infected and the number is rising.

Civilians can be treated there if they are spouses/dependents of active duty personnel.

And of course they took President Trump to the hospital, even for precautionary measures. He is the leader of the free world!!! Say he spiked a fever, and they couldn’t break it. And how terrifying it would be, to see him being taken by ambulance, or a care flight!

I had it back in March, and in a span of 9 hours, I went from feeling a bit chilly, to something that felt like the flu times 10. It honestly was that fast.

I did watch the live coverage on ABC, and for the first time, their doctor said (paraphrasing) it’s still a new virus and we still don’t know much about it. That perked my ears up, and then Terry Moran (spelling?) talked about the “long haulers” which really perked my ears. Not many in the media, will discuss anything long term regarding COVID. Which is very frustrating when you are a “long hauler”.

So please, be kind to each other, be safe, and send some mojo out to everyone who has it.

You do know about 6 percent of all the Covid "deaths" were from Covid alone 94% had 2 or more reasons. The overwhelming numbers are for people 60 years old and above. But you go on believing what you believe.

I wish no ill on anyone, hopefully he makes a full recovery.

But if not then I hope he makes a 'dying wish' because I hear they're a thing now that have to be respected.

Really? The majority here who do not like his Politics have wished him a speedy recovery. You seem to have forgotten the attacks on those of us who disagreed with the President promoting the demon sperm doctors claim that HCQ was a cure for COVID.

We used facts that she had no science, or proof of this. We were maligned and got the usual treatment of anyone who opposed Trump.

I may be reaching here but it seems as if the poster is noting that the President has spouted and promoted inaccurate information regarding the virus, as he is not being treated with the very cure he promoted. This is why his sidelining scientists who do not agree with him in regard to this virus being no big deal and everyone should go ahead with life as normal, while spouting unproven information is dangerous.

The kid that was murdered for leaking Hillary's emails, he was finished off in the hospital. But Walter Reed is going to be under a microscope so i don't think they'd try anything. Of course, I remember when Gerald Ford had a stroke in Philly and he was poorly treated and misdiagnosed back in the 2000. And Nixon died from his stroke because he didn't want any heroic measures and his condition was very treatable and he may well have lived and recovered.

First reported in March of 1918, you have 12,000 people dead in September of that year alone. 195,000 people in October, which leads me to believe that the earlier number in September is either underreported or really when the pandemic first got its legs under it.

Under reported is my guess. The potus at that time was trying to keep moral up due to the war. Or so I read.
So, if those october numbers are real then covid (allegedly) has the same amount of deaths in the same time frame.

The Doctors say it is the most positive COVID 19 test they have ever seen.

It was so positive they couldn't believe it.

They had to do another test to be sure.

They said no one has ever tested this positive before.

195k in 1918 is a much different number, proportionally, than 195k in 2020.

Global population is approx 4x what it was in 1918, and growing exponentially.

ETA: i would go so far as to say that a Spanish Flu type disease in modern times would wipe out a much higher percentage of people, given our more close quarters than we had then. Larger cities like NYC, Houston, Tokyo...decimated by it id think.
