Would the president fake a COVID positive test?

TBH they should have been doing this since March and the fact that they haven't has been a point of extreme frustration. I do not remember seeing the VP shadowing POTUS like Pence has done to Trump in previous presidencies. Since China unleashed this virus on the world Pence has been like a Presidential dingleberry, standing next to Trump at damn near ever event and it makes zero sense.

Taking the politics aside which I agree is hard to do:

If the message was COVID is not a threat and then you isolated him, you undercut your message.

There is also alot of internal pressure as many in the party (I still have a ton of contracts from my CCR days) to move on to Pence as he would have a similar Conservative agenda (Which Pence is many things but he is a true believer in his conservative views) without as much baggage and perhaps the Trump camp is worried and keeping him close?

He may be worried about his popularity, and he cannot simply fire him.

nah this pantomime is due shock twist, Joe Biden who has tested negative will be struck down with covid and in will step his hand picked replacement, a knock on effect around the world will see various other high profile fake deaths transpire, enhanced lockdown will see a new level of constrictments imposed and a growing unrest will see world wide riots. The pandamonium that ensues will see the herd thining themselves down to a more manageable level with agenda 21 now looking dooable... due to less CONsumers.

Depends on which side you stand. Virtues are subjective and one man's virtue signal is another man's throw away gesture. Trump doesn't seem to big on throw away gestures and it's one of his traits which a lot of us appreciate.

It's entirely possible there is a method to The Donald's madness.

There is all kind of different testing method for WuFlu, and all are meaningless..Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine had both , positive and negative result in same day ..doh..we need more testing

I think conspiracies about doctors killing him are about to surface like Michael Jackson or that his body is never seen like Osama Bin Ladin and conspiracy theories he faked his death will go on for years.
