OK, he's rich.

Doesn't mean he can't point out the flaws that made him rich.

And he'll get to kill people who don't think like you if Biden's elected.

How did he get rich?

Capitalism.

Now he's pointing out his own flaws projected onto anyone he disagrees with, apparently, and wanting to shoot them.

And you support that?

How much of his 300 million has he given away?

100 million?

200 million?

I mean, how many millions does a good socialist actually need?

No meltdown. And im a genx, not a boomer (ad hom noted though)

If you educate yourself with worthless information unusable in the labor market, you suffer that bad decision.

You have no argument against this, as we see. And still no concise point. Just meandering nonsense.

You are confounding economyamd government. Economic principles dont have laws. That is government.

Our governmental system gives rise to our economy. But its not our economy.

You are meandering without a point.

Even better ... now he's a venture capitalist. Remember how that was a dirty, dirty thing to the leftists back when it was Romney v. Obama and it was out that Romney had made his money being a venture, er, vulture capitalist?

Like every other capitalist does?

Can you aee what I'm getting at?

No, I cannot.

Capitalism has been the economic system in the United States as long as I have been alive. My daddy used capitalism; he exchanged part of his labor for money and used the other part to build a home out of literal wilderness. My granddaddy used capitalism; he was a farmer who worked the land he owned. My other granddaddy used capitalism; he had no land, but he managed to raise my mother and her sister sharecropping. None of them were rich, but they all used capitalism.

When I was young, I used capitalism. I took a job hauling hay for a local farmer (which I accepted with a firm handshake) and worked my butt off for him. He told other farmers and soon I was working all summer in fields and mowing yards. My first full-time job I took for a low wage. I still worked my butt off for six years, put up with insults and denigration, and finally got laid off. But I had learned, and then I could go to work anywhere making better wages.

Capitalism. It worked.

Socialism does not work in large amounts. Socialism considers the economy to be a zero-sum game; it is not. When I ran my own corporation, I took basic materials and raw labor and made it worth more than it was before. That's where profit comes from. Socialism is fine in places... it behooves any society to take care of those unfortunate enough to be unable to care for themselves. It does not work when society takes care of those who just don't want to take care of themselves. That includes being lazy enough to pay big bucks for a worthless liberal arts degree like BFFT mentioned when he triggered you.

But this thread is not even about capitalism versus socialism... it's about a capitalist who suddenly, now that he's rich, wants everyone else to adopt socialism so they cannot better their posiiton as he has, and who is willing to see his own countrymen killed to get what he wants.

Again, do you support this?

You've lost the argument and you don't even realize it.

Pity.

Apparently the leftists want to shoot people who don't think like them.

As history shows us, that never ends well.

Economic systems change. They evolve. That's reality, capitalism isn't a static idea. It's time to move on and build a better version.

I guess then you advocate this approach to move toward that "better version"? Yeah, we've heard that call before.

I know... and the tweet by the former CEO of one of the largest social media corporations on the planet just made that call.
