I think what triggered Trump was that Chris was using two different methods in his questioning. With Trump, Chris would opine first for a good while stating incorrect things and just his opinion as facts and then his question for Trump to reply on was towards his so called "facts" and within 10 mins Trump wasn't having any part of that. Chris would then softball pitch Biden with no real follow-up questions to Biden's weak answers.

This is why Trump said "I guess I'm debating you know" meaning Chris, and he was.

He said that he is the Democrat Party and they will make foreign countries go along with his plan ( which is the green new deal even though he says it is not)

I did get a little insight as to why so many other world leaders don't like Trump. If that's the way he negotiates trade deals, tariffs, and other treaties, they probably give in just out of frustration.
