The article is already written because they know Biden's answers to the questions. All they have to do go in and edit a little and throw a couple more lies about Trump in there and they'll be ready for printing and posting.

Part of that is Trumps fault. He set the bar so low fr Biden that as long as he can stay awake and not say something stupid he won.
