Yup, building was booming, housing statewide was in a shortage (technically still is, discounting Detoilet) businesses were expanding, new ones were cropping up left and right, unemployment was low, etc, etc.

If anything will ruffle my feathers, openly lying about a state's economy does it. And he effectively brushed off MI's accomplishments in favor of a jab -- that won't be forgotten, and he's going to regret it.
