Yes.
West Ham fan since 1980 when they won the F.A Cup by beating the mighty Arsenal 1-0 with a goal scored by Sir Trevor Brooking with his head. At the time West Ham were in Division 2 so were the outsiders by a long way. Unfortunately we havn't won anything since, although came close in 2006 final against liverpool which again we should of won but let them back into the game which they ended up winning 4-3.
Very good win yesterday against Wolves... smashed em.

Got some good mates who are Hammers fans and had some good times in The Boleyn back in the day before kick-off.
Can't help but have a soft spot for them - I have a natural dislike for London clubs, especially Arsenal - with me being a big Cock Sparrer and Cockney Rejects fan.
I think they made a big mistake moving away from Upton Park.

A personal favourite of mine.
Legends.
Met Monty Neysmith a few times, a true Gentleman.
Hammers fans from across the pond.
Could post literally hundreds of songs related to this and could talk for hours about it.

Incidentally, I din't know that people had started calling them Irons.
Whenever I've heard about them in the past, they were always the Hammers.

Just to reiterate....a yank who is just learning.
The pitch? Is that what I would call the field?
