A term used for the person who sends you this message.

"Hey you need to send me a couple hundred bucks so I can make it to your place and stay a couple weeks?"

How about this one:

"Hey, you need to pay this taxi driver. The car you lent me broke down 200 miles away so I left it in the middle of the street and caught this cab so that I could tell you. Oh yeah, and can I add another house guest to stay here too. I met her just before your car broke. She's waiting in the cab. The driver won't let her out until he's paid."

This is a new word to me, and not one I find in the dictionary. What does it mean?

"Rentless" would mean having no money to give the landlord, so "re-rentless" would refer to the second time that happened.

It doesn't appear to be a mis-spelling of "relentless", because that word means "persistent", "not giving up", which is not what the story illustrates.

Looking at what the story does illustrate, I see an example of "impudence" or "shamelessness". Is that what you're trying to say?

I was reminded of the story of the lad who killed both his parents and then pled for mercy on the grounds that he was an orphan. I saw it being quoted as illustrating what was meant by "chutzpah".

One version of the meaning of "impudence" was described by Ruskin; "‘I have seen, and heard, much of Cockney impudence before now; but never expected to hear a coxcomb ask two hundred guineas for flinging a pot of paint in the public’s face". (The painter sued for libel and won a farthing's damages- the farthing being one quarter of a penny, and the smallest monetary unit available at the time."

The guy who sent it to me makes being rent less a habit.

So I coined the term. Rerentless!

You didn't coin it, you stole it from Scooby Doo.

Usually, the line I get when someone wants me to give them room and board is, "Meow?"

But at least they earn their keep by keeping the rodents away.
