Question for leftists: How do you feel about being lied to about Trump's taxes?

Question for those defending potus here:

Without deflecting or digressing, can you answer this honestly?

If this news related to Hillary, Obama or Biden, would you say "to be fair, they're just using the tax system as it is - it's good business sense"

Or would you be saying "this is exactly the swamp we need to drain - how incredibly insulting it is that I pay so much tax while the top 1% practise widespread evasion and avoidance?"

Putting your political leanings aside for one second, why can't we all agree that this is wrong WHOEVER does it?

You have hard working mom-and-pop types aggressively defending this story... It absolutely baffles me. He is the swamp.

The left accuses and attacks their enemy for doing what they have done and know they'll get called on. The Clintons and Obama have ties to Putin and Russia, they made up a story about Trump doing it. Sex misconduct? Oh, boy. I'm sure Trump had some hanky panky going on, but he's a monk compared to the Clintons and Obama and the rest. Corruption? Joe Biden and the Clintons and even Bernie are crooks. I'll leave Obama out of that since he's no criminal mastermind, just a stooge that does what he's told to do. He couldn't orchestrate stealing silverware from a restaurant. Then the accusation about Trump bad mouthing veterans and the military. Then Biden has that clip of him calling US troops dumb bastards when they didn't applaud like seals over a comment he made. They accuse Trump of not putting America first... LOL, that's just over the top insane.

The left only cares about orange man bad. The Columbia Intelligence Agency will smear any pro America topic or candidate in the name of there god and savior Karl Marx.

I feel the same as I did before I heard it. I voted for him in round 1, even though I was outraged by his remarks about women, and the fact that he cheated people all through his millions. However, I felt that maybe, just maybe, he might not be in the group of elitists trying to control the world, and I certainly did not want any Clinton to be voted in. So I am not shocked, but I may probably vote for him in round 2 again because I will not support a child pedo.

The big question is whether you agree with his policies or not and was he successful in them? Even with the House on total attack this whole time he has been very successful in tackling his campaign promises while being the first President since Carter that hasn't gotten us into a war somewhere...lol

Joe's possible pedo thing a side all he can say is "I would have done it better" lol with 47 years of either nothing or really bad policies to back up that statement.

I don't think they are called clearances, you get into the area of compartmental "need to know" and that limits who gets to see what. There are areas he can not look at unless he is "read" into the program, but there is nothing saying he can't be read in outside of maybe conspiracies suggesting he can't due to higher than the President secrets. I been on programs where everyone had the same clearance of TS SBI or TS1/14 which really comes down to the level of the back ground checks, but we were read into different programs so at times I would need to leave the room or others even higher level than me would need to leave and I stay. At one point I had 5 or 6 clearances because every agency typically does their own even if you already have one, or even a higher one. Like Yankee White clearance which means you can be next to the President without an escort. It comes down to the back ground check to get it and is more compartmental than a level.

His taxes are ugly and possible illegal, I really do not know. The worst thing about this report is the 400 million he owes to who? We do not know. The fact that he is too broke to pay it back means he could easily be using his presidency to appease his debtors. It is also messed up how he claimed he was worth 10 billion but he is actually in debt. On top of impeachment and the pandemic, his net worth has dropped an estimated $600 million since last September, to $2.5 billion. That puts him at No. 339 on The Forbes 400, down 64 spots from a year ago.

He gets audited every year and has lost 100s of millions since being President, so how much taxes should he have paid...lol

I don't think he is in dire straights being at only 2.5 billion now...We really do not know out of speculations which it seems you have many...How do you compare this to Biden who it seems has had some pretty interesting pay to play schemes with Russia, Ukraine and China...He and his kids didn't get rich on their smarts...

This is the thing, you can't argue against success. He has been successful with foreign policy. He's been successful at home with the economy. He's done more tangible things for minorities than all the empty Democrat promises the last 40 years combined. If it wasn't for the media constantly lying about him and 30% of the population being so brainwashed they believe blatant and obvious lies, he'd win in a landslide.

This is my favorite thing. Since this story came out they've been trying to claim this proves he's not a successful businessman.

How is he losing millions? Oh, he's worth billions. Where did he get those billions? Successful business. For sure, as he has gotten older he's not as successful and he's just living off what he made, but he still made it and has plenty left.

Their brains simply aren't wired to think logically. And none of this is news to anyone that was paying attention anyway.

But why even make it a point at all. It is obvious his business dealings have taken a back seat as his priorities have shifted to being the President. Take Obama, no real private sector job ever, so he was making Senator pay and his wife got a magic job paying 360k per year where she didn't need to do anything, All Chicago politics like....What have they ever done.....Obama was a community organizer whatever the hell that means before he entered politics. The year before Trump became President he had 22,500 working for him that he provided jobs too. But you know he doesn't pay his fair share in taxes...lol
