I done it twice this year in Colorado

You may be right.

in my area we got a flyer from the county for this november

vote by mail 1. free postage paid envvelope... official drop box any vote center

vote in person....1.. open 4 days , 2... any vote center in the county 3.. new and more accessable voting equipment 4 bilingual ballots and assistance

so check your county see what is new in your area
