Modern UFOOlogy uses a 'body of evidence' much like religions do.

Religions attempt to 'prove their claims' with their 'holy book',
but the book, for the most part, has little or no historical or
scientific accuracy.. so it's like using a belief in dragons to
prove a believe in unicorns. It's a complete non-starter.

The UFO 'body of evience' is mostly written by the knowing
con men (just like in religion) or by people who have misperceived
someting. (again, just like in religion).

Sure, none of these guys are trustworthy. But we know the facts and can decipher the BS from the facts. That’s the only way to get the truth when dealing with these shady characters and the shady organizations they're a part of.

They rely on the superficial in order to rule the mob who stay ignorant and allow the folly of the world to continue.

Well said.

But nobody will believe anything about UFOs unless 'the government says it'
and the government won't say.

True scentists don't tend to research anything, as their reputation and
grants/funding tenure would be destroyed.

The 'what's really unusual stuff' is so difficult to research, it makes quantum mechanics
look reasonable, presuumably becuase it involves 'consciousness' and since nobody
can prove or agree about what that is either, what us 'internet rats
' can snuffle out and understand on our own is of necessity limited.

We don't have the large resources of government, or academia to back us up.

We can't afford to built a 'large hadron collier'.

What do either of you believe Lakatski would say to these Zondo assertions?

I understand Zondo’s name is only mentioned once in the book …(of no important significance …imo)

Would Lakatski say these are true, false, can neither confirm nor deny…or he too is not allowed to mention under his own NDA ….(if he has one)

Btw…..there’s a difference, I believe, between having a title of Director versus Chief….jus sayin

I wouldn't piss off a guy who physically killed terrorists
as part of his former job.

But in general, few of these 'types' ever speak truth
about one of their current or past colleauges.

A Highlarious Observation IF true……….

It appears that Zondo knew Lacatski …so….so well, that he misspelled his name more than once!

That…Zondo…..he’s such a Special K

A psychologist might say this is evidence of Lue's scorn
for the individual, that he couldn't even be bothered
to spell his name correctly.

Or maybe not.

But ineed fascinating!

This is what I would like to see of a Lacatski and Zondo side by side scenario…

Either they will both tell the truth, or they will both commit perjury, or one will tell the truth and the other commit perjury, or both will plead the 5th, or one will plead the 5th.

Of course wishful thinking dictates we want the truth.

One thing I have learned from social media (or is it learnt?) is that we're, where, were and even wear all mean the same thing. Or there, their and they're too. Even sports and game fans are oblivious to the difference between 'loose' and the word 'lose' and also your means "you're" about 50% of the time. Then there are people who think 'been' is the only participle of the verb 'to be'.

English spellings are obviously too (or is it to or two?) difficult for most of us English speakers to fully grasp.

So I'll actually give Zondo a pass on that one. It's probably a sleight against the Rocket Man anyway.

But not on confusing "Deferred" with "Differed" on his retirement letter that he may or may not have sent.

That is a foe par to fah! 😜

I find the Rocket Man's story of suddenly wanting to visit the Ranch (just as Big Bob had wound down everything with nothing to show) as highly dubious.

So if they got together, it would all be scripted, and we'd call it "Lie Hard : Lie Harder" or something like that.

I can already hear Kev's groans!

If this were an issue where it had a huge following, then indeed, with all these different stories and contradictions there would be congressional hearings. But ufology is still an entertainment-based subject not anything with any realistic possibility of any study bearing any fruit, from government or otherwise.

WHY

Because it really can’t be studied and (as the government knew, after the first project to study them way back in the 40s) ufos, if they are real, don’t hang around to get any scientific proof of what in the world they are. It's like a turtle playing hide and seek with a jackrabbit

It's that simple, not complex.

And a mob of IC people coming forth like TTSA peddling ufo obsession can’t be legit, It's either a scam or an intel operation. Or a mixture of both.

I'm waiting for the final installment in their trilogy;

"Lie hard with a vengeance"

or to put it in MM speak:

"Lie Hard wtih a Luegance".

Once a person 'figures something out', they stop stretching
their boundaries.

It's like with 'spirituality'; once you are fully indoctrinated
into a spiritual system, all true personal growth slows down
radically.

(becuase you are now letting some old dead dude's thoughts
dominate your life, rather than building your own "spiritual
muscles".)

One can observe a similar pattern with 'UFOs'.

You can also read about this in "The Trickster and the Paranormal".

It's a well-known thing.

Army Psyops Recruiting Video

I guess they are running low on UFOtainers; lots of them
are getting old and a few have died over the years.

If they don't get replacement soon, they will have to dip
into the stragegic reserve.

This is worth perusing ……

A Skull and Bones-type vibe’: Spy agencies grapple with how much to share at UFO hearing

…….”But there is a tug of war among competing factions inside the national security bureaucracy that will make it difficult for Congress to compel military branches, spy agencies, national laboratories and other organizations to come clean given the longstanding secrecy and stigma surrounding the issue.

“Without forcing peoples’ hand, it is going to be very difficult to uncover legacy ventures and programs that we know about based on oral interviews we dug up,” said a Defense Department official who is involved in the new effort but was not authorized to speak publicly. “There has to be a forcing mechanism.”……

And the second speaker is now identified…..

……”Set to testify are Ronald Moultrie, the Pentagon’s top intelligence official, and Scott Bray, the deputy director of naval intelligence — which has played a prominent role in investigating reports of “drone swarms” dogging Navy pilots flying from aircraft carriers.”……
