I guess most people need the idea of a savior so they can sit on their ass doing nothing waiting for the big event.

The second coming of Jesus Christ is a good example. Maybe it's true a powerful being will come to Earth eventually to aid against evil, but the problem with that concept is that people don't feel the need to act. They are just waiting to be saved.

Trump is getting so much praise because he is actively denying the official story whenever he has the chance. The theory is they are preparing a big event where they will incriminate the evil leaders of this world and switch the balance of power.

Saville was definitely an exaggerated character — in a position to make it easier to do what he did. I also find it interesting that after girls were allowed to become Alter-Girls — they got molested too (Not something you hear much about. Homosexual acts are more sensational). Accessibility to children is a factor.
