Shot Down in Campfire Flames CT2020

The moon was a sliver hanging high over the people sitting around the camp fire watching the flickering flames.

Feeling metaphysical Joshua sought to impress the few ladies present with something romantic.

“You know, they say if you look deep enough into the flames you can see the future.”

“Yeah, a visit to the ER if you look close enough.”

“A future without eyebrows?”

“That was why 80's hair bands didn't go camping. Whumpf! A burst of light, then nothing left but a pile of scorched spandex.”

Joshua winced remembering his glam band days and remained silent...
