States are Declaring Systemic Racism a Health Crisis. Obama Didnt Do Anything...Can't Be That Bad.

"Racism" is a hard thing to define, due to there being so many degrees of severity. But several states have taken the unprecedented step of declaring a "Public Health Crisis" over systemic racism.

Most recently, the state of Michigan:

Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) signed an executive order on Wednesday, officially declaring racism a public health crisis.

In an effort to "elevate Black voices," the order also mandates that a state advisory council centered around Black leadership be created.

Additionally, Whitmer wants the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services to have all state employees complete implicit bias training in an effort to "make health equity a major goal."

Why is Governor Whitmer setting up a council of Black leaders? Racism negatively affects all ethic groups...Hispanic, Polish, Chinese, Indian, White...everyone.

"Systemic" means widespread, and existing for a long period of time.

America had a Black/African American President for 8 years. I don't recall Barack Hussein Obama acknowledging "systemic racism" as a major problem in the great "melting pot" of America society.

I'm sure if systemic racism was a major problem, Obama, if any President, would have been the one to solidly address it, using Congress, Executive Orders, or the Court System.

Governor Whitmer doesn't care about racism, he just wants to be reelected. No one's voice should be elevated above anyone else's.

One would think "racism" affects the economic status of those discriminated against, more so than their health.

Governor Whitmer is a Woman. At least she was last week. Did she get the operation yet?

It is a created crisis, with media sponsorship.

This entire mess, has its genesis in liberal outrage.

They hate the President, and they despise those who voted for him.

It is really that damned simple.

How long do we need to be locked down for?

Are old people more susceptible to being racist?

How long until vaccine tests?

There's no such thing as 'herd immunity' to racism, we all need to stay locked down until we have a vaccine.

Don't forget to thank those frontline workers for putting their lives at risk to stop racism, go outside at 7pm every night and clang your quarantine bells in support.

Only 7 people allowed in the store at one time due to social distancing measures against racism.

Throught contact tracing we can find and quarantine all racists, if you see a racist, report a racist.

If you're feeling bigoted today, please stay home and inform your doctor.

Please allow at least 14 days for your test results before interacting with others to ensure you're not spreading racism.

Obama at one time had a super majority in Congress.

He simply could have done whatever he wanted without a single Republican vote.

ANYTHING the Democratic party wanted could have been solved.

What did they do?

Change immigration policies?

No.

Change anything for minorities?

No.

Change policies for the police?

No.

Change voting rights issues?

No.

Change climate change issues?

No.

Help our economy?

No.

Instead they decided to nationalize health care.

Grow the government.

They don't care about their voting base.

They care about expanding their own personal power and taking over the USA.

Period.

What's interesting is when you enter Obama Systemic Racism into Google search, you get a ton of articles dating back a year, or so. Not much at all before 2017.

Was this before or after Japan killed a lot of our young men and women in Uniform, with their surprise attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii?

Systemic racism only exists, when the establishment requires it.

Liberals will ALWAYS throw the "race card", when their agenda is in danger.

These are the very same Democrats that fought against the Civil Rights movement... HRC herself, called Robert "KKK" Byrd her mentor.

It's all a total load of crap.

It's a precursor to declaring gun violence a health crisis. They are itching to try it.

This racism declaration is in order to test the waters to see how the public reacts. The public needs to oppose this effort loud and strong.

Some of what you eloquently laid out is what I first thought when learning of these Health Crisis declarations, due to "Systemic Racism".

It sounds as disconnected as Nancy Pelosi earmarking $10,000,000 for the National Academy for the Arts in the Covid-19 relief bill under debate.

The only thing Obama ever did for race relations was the “Beer Summit” at the White House after the white cop arrested the black Harvard professor.
Oh and Biden was there too because the White House didn’t want 2 black guys and only 1 white guy by himself.
Also Obama drank a Bud Light, which is not surprising....garbage President, garbage beer.

Good points. If Obama had pushed his Super-Majority to help Americans, with the same speed and intensity he used in his attempt to damage candidate Trump, and now President Trump, Biden would have a decent track-record of achievements to run on today.

It's very disappointing that minorities keep re-electing these obvious flim-flam artists. They should feel really bad voting for politicians who lie, just to get elected, every cycle.
