George Soros-Backed Tides Center Takes Control of Black Lives Matter Donations

This is good. Does everyone know what Tides is?

The Tides Foundation was created in the 1970s as a conduit to enable donors to anonymously support left-wing causes. Donors gave checks to Tides, which manages their finances in individual “savings accounts”, until a recipient is chosen. Payouts are made as grants, masking the original benefactors’ identities from public scrutiny. This process is described as “charitable money-laundering.” Tides’ biggest donors are foundations, including George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, the Hewlett Foundation, and the Ford Foundation.

Well, looks like they are going to funnel all those millions / billions in BLM donations through Tides now. Hard to believe these leftest organizations still hold these weather underground criminals in such high regard and give them choice positions isn't it.

New public documents reveal that the Black Lives Global Network Foundation, the national overseer of 17 local chapters of the most prominent organization in the Black Lives Matter (BLM) movement, has become a project of the Tides Center.

According to documents filed with the California Justice Department on July 10, 2020, Thousand Currents transferred control of BLM Global Network Foundation and all its assets to the Tides Center.

CRC’s Robert Stilson was the first to report that the BLM Global Network Foundation is not a standalone nonprofit, but a fiscally sponsored project of Thousand Currents, a California-based organization.

Donations to the BLM Global Network Foundation end up in Thousand Currents’ coffers, which administers the group’s finances internally.

CRC also revealed that Thousand Currents’ board of directors included Susan Rosenberg, a former member of the communist Weather Underground—which planted bombs across the United States—and convicted domestic terrorist who served a 16-year sentence in federal prison for possession of 740 pounds of unstable dynamite stolen from a Texas construction firm in 1980.

Another way for the super rich to legally contribute to keeping the poor in line, and contribute to the new slavery.

It's really bizarre to me that random Russian ads and troll farms are a big threat to our democracy, but all these organizations that openly operate are just fine. I don't understand this anonymous donation situation and how Soros funded organizations, which clearly have a political agenda in this country, can operate unrestricted.

People doing this and those accepting this money need to be prosecuted.

Maybe because many of our politicians are bought and paid for by the same leftist organizations that Soros funds????
Many of which are socialist or Marxist.

A lot of people think black lives matter is a good organisation, that it stands fir improving the lives of black Americans, a historically downtrodden group.

After all, how could it not with a name like that?

They think the money they give will go to improving the welfare and opportunity’s of black people.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

Black Lives Matter cares not one bit for the modern or historical plights of the American Blacks, either real or imagined. They do not care about black lives.

They care only for the agenda of the owners. Black Lives Matter is a front group for other, more nebulous agencies. Ones whose goals and ambitions are not nearly as benevolent to the United States as Black Lives Matter’s original, stated intention.

Of course the more enlightened would already have known that, and that BLM was always a farce.

The issues of American Blacks are by and large the issues of poor and working class Americans as a whole. They stem from rampant and systemic institutional corruption. Elected officials are bought and paid for by specific interest groups or corporate interests. They don’t care about you, they certainly don’t care about black lives.

As a result income disparity and extreme wealth inequality have reached heights unseen before in modern history. This is not a socialist observation. A healthy liveable wage for the working class and a healthy middle class are necessary for the function of a capitalist economy. Instead the system of today is one of debt & wage slavery. Ever lower purchasing power and pay sufficent only to pay next months bills.

If this were to become a mainstream political talking point, the the elite would be in very serious trouble.

Instead, the powers that be distract the masses. A simple task considering 5 corporations own the media and a handful of tech corporations dictate online information. Race is an easy one. BLM plays it’s part here. Pit black against white, white against black, and so on.

A tired script, especially from the last eight years. Remember third wave feminism? Islamophobia? Gender identitiy? Same script, different actors. It works wonderfully every time.

I am not a Marxist, but Karl Marx was certainly correct when he said sex, race and religion were tools of controlling the populace by monied interests.

Always look deep into this week’s new movement, the backers will always be the same. When you riot in the streets, you become the stormtroopers of the corporate elite.

It's always "opposite day" with these elite groups and the naive poorly educated masses buy right into it like junkies needing a fix.

Like Antifa standing for anti fascist while exhibiting every characteristic and behavior of fascism. The same is with BLM.

It won't be long until the Soros cartel starts arming their new woke taliban just as they did ISIS.

Does this mean ActBlue is out of the picture now - or is this another avenue of clandestine funding?
