Why is Joe Biden Having Such a Hard Time Deciding on a VP Running Mate.

In late June, Biden said he'd announce his VP running mate by the first of August. Didn't happen.

Late July, he said just after the 1st of August. Didn't happen.

This morning, Biden's campaign manager said Joe will be sitting down with, and getting to know the candidates in 7 to 10 days.

WASHINGTON – Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, co-chair of Joe Biden's vice president selection committee, said today,

"We have amazing women that have been a part of this process," Garcetti told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" Tuesday.

"We're keeping them all, we vetted them heavily. All of them have passed a vet, and now in this next week, week and a half, Mr. Biden can spend some time with them."

Biden, who has pledged to pick a woman for the ticket, initially planned to announce his running mate the first week of August.

Since the Democrats Convention is now less than 2 weeks away(Monday August 17th), Joe had better hurry up!

I think they all have issues that would disqualify them in a normal campaign cycle.

They are trying to find the least troublesome one.

That's what happens when you decide to limit your options; and be both racist and sexist in your choice...

Biden keeps asking for Obama's VP when Obama was president. "That guy would be great on my team! What's his name again?"

Because when Hillary makes her entrance, it has to be planned and a surprise for everyone.

Hillary has not told him who to nominate as her running mate yet when she "has" to step in for him due to his health concerns.

Pigeonholed himself in a corner with the black woman criteria. These woman are loudmouth toxic backstabbers. Most black people don't even like them. Especially Kamala who was already busted for saying she smoked blunts listening to Snoop Dog which was proven impossible in college since it was about 10 years before Snoop Dog was even on the scene.

Because all of his candidates have corruption that can easily be dug up and exposed. Maybe after this is all said and done, the next democrat candidate will choose a VP by merit instead of the color of their skin and their gender. Pandering at it's finest.

That will be his running mate.

i also think joe had a "you aint a real black" moment when he said he was going to pick a black female for vp and his campaign was set scrambling to fix his dementia slipup

I think Joe has a hard time figuring out how to get pudding out of the cup.

Because no one really wants it. It is a death sentence. He is not going to win so those who think they will be are using it for fundraising.

I disagree.
It would be a milestone to have the first woman of color running as a VP choice.

In all actuality it isn't for Joe to pick. The DNC will pick the VP. The problem is every poll for any of his picks are terrible. Stacy Abrams come on man Elizabeth Warren is Hillary 2.0 Kamala Harris is hated by the black community. The rest are just as bad of not worse. Noone likes anyone they are pushing and the polls keep showing it that's what is taking so long.

That makes sense. He promised a trouble-free Black Female. Pretty narrow scope.

Kamala Harris is not liked by Joe's campaign staff.

Susan Rice is under Federal Investigation for her "Unmasking" tasks while Obama's Nat Sec Advisor.

Elizabeth Warren has a little African American blood...she might be acceptable.

Michelle Obama would be a huge and welcome surprise.
