Boston Bomber death sentence vacated but not STONE?

Boston Bomber had its death sentence vacated because of a tainted jury with "pretrial publicity exposure" but Roger Stone's jury foreman who expressed explicit bias against him and the President..that's fine I suppose?

Stone's judge and jury foreman were real trash. Apparently so is the court of appeals, as the evidence against the bomber was absolute. This virtue signalling might just result in this animal not being put down and the American taxpayer could be stuck housing, feeding, clothing and caring for this monster for the rest of its life.

Just my fantasy but We The People deserve a real trial. I do understand that most don't really want one. It is far more comforting to have someone to blame than to find out the truth.

Has none of you noticed that when ever we have a monstrous crime that we never get the satisfaction of a real trial.

We get suicides. We get guilty pleas. We do not get to hear the evidence.

From what I understand he fell into the wrong group... and was somehow ISIS radicalized on US soil.

No. Murder is not OK. He was convicted of 30 offenses. None of those convictions were overturned.

A new trial will be held for the penalty phase, the part which was vacated. He may, or may not, receive the death penalty but he is certain to spend the rest of his life in prison. Unless Trump pardons him.

Stone is done. He's not going to prison. (Thanks, boss.)

The conviction is still affirmed. The sentence (death) is what is argued (regarding Tsarnaev).

Actually the jury foreman is provably tainted well beyond mere "exposure to biasing material" this one was an active participant in the partisan games. Not only was she exposed to this material but her opinion was clearly articulated

She also lied and field to disclose this material
