I can't lie, I was hoping it was not the seafood variety of white tiger in the recipe.
It does look and sound yummy though.

It is. The pita is crispy on the outside and soft inside. It's juicy thanks to the tomatoes and creamy because of the feta. Just a tiny bit essential from the garlic and the honey mustard has a fruitful relationship with the prawns.

Nope, the meat of a white tiger.
What you constructed reminds me of a lobster roll. I may have to try it soon.
