I had the same problem. Using Firefox on Linux. Was thinking some incompatibility thing with the site, gives the impression there is some deep client scripting going on.

Find yourself typing away and go to hit the Question Mark and have É instead?

press CTRL+SHIFT (press CTRL first and while holding press SHIFT, sometimes you have to do it twice in a row to disable.)

I find this happens when my keyboard is set to french. Don't know how it happens either.

the discord should be linked to a main page of the website, an image alone would do. no reason to make people search for it. no reason it shouldn't exist.

Discord is the quickest, most robust solution. Good on admin for creating a channel for the ATS community.

I would also suggest that Reddit is a very powerful site for creating a group of ATS-like subreddits. I find the markup language very enjoyable to use for formatting text and posting.
