The fact everything he said was read from the teleprompter yet he even kept forgetting to look.

The manner in which several times he gets words mixed.

He is suppose to be a master of public speaking...........not a inherent fool.

Most Interesting thing is he said anyone causing criminal damage should be apprehended. Finally one of them admits it.

His big plan to stop riots is to use the local police to solve it, LOL. Poor Joe

Yeah. The same police that his tribe wants to defund, take away resources from, leave with no legal recourse in the event that they (the police) are physically threatened and need to protect themselves.

Those police.

Uh, that alone is, IMO, a pretty clear sign of dementia. Or maybe it's just a symptom of the mental illness that is widely known by the euphemism of progressivism.

A PhD in a related medical field ?
Do you have an office with a real shingle outside ?
Are you legally entitled to diagnose mental illnesses ?
In the US ?

I have seen the onset of "dementia" in 3 people close to me .
All 3 diagnosed by medical professionals.
And Biden does appear to have the symptoms.

Among his normal mutterings,his mind wanders and it does so on the cringingly political BS.Like I done eveything wirh everybody everywhere. You can tell the DNC and his handlers have stressed to him the African American and Latino vote. He panders to it constantly, and stressing unemployment like a democratic president could have changed that this year if ever. Funny how the left never mentioned unemployment when things were normal. Ive said it before not a fan of Trump but he can get the economy turned back on, don't think Biden has that in him in the best of times. Nope given these 2 choices it's definitely Trump for a number of reasons.

The problem is, there is no evidence that Biden had any involvement in the civil rights movement in the 1960s, beyond being a spectator as he went to college, became a lawyer, and ran for office, being elected to New Castle County Council in Delaware, the beginning of 46 uninterrupted years in public office.

Biden has told the same cornpone stories for 40 something years....only the names change. Today it was somebody named Hicks.
