Your mum is teaching you a valuable lesson in life, when you realise she’s not making your life hard, but making it easier maybe she’ll be gone and you’ll realise when you’re older

She’s giving you work ethic, that you don’t get good things in life if you first don’t work hard for it, that if all you do is play, you’ll get nowhere in life

You’re not being abused or oppressed
