AOC--NYC Crime Up 600% Due To Shoplifting Bread

...Annnnnd the hits keep coming from mental-midget Marxist Alexandria Ocasio Cortez.

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez suggested over the weekend that the crime surge in New York City is likely because struggling residents are forced to shoplift in order to "feed their child."

In a virtual town hall meeting she hosted Thursday, some clips of which were shared by The Hill, the 30-year-old Democratic congresswoman was asked about the troubling uptick in violent crimes overtaking the city.

"Maybe this has to do with the fact that people aren't paying their rent and are scared to pay their rent and so they go out, and they need to feed their child and they don't have money," Ocasio-Cortez continued, "so they feel like they either need to shoplift some bread or go hungry.”

AOC insists the 600% increase in NYC crime has absolutely nothing to do with the defund police effort, nor the fact that NYC police are not supported by local and state government and are resigning and retiring in droves. Neither, likely, does she believe it has anything to do with so many criminals not being arrested, being released back on the streets in increasing numbers...nor their cases being refused to be heard by Leftist judges.

Ummm...for some reason, the Left really look up to this idiot...and consider her to be, not only a leader to be celebrated...but some kind of a monu-mental genius.
This says as much about the Left's 'Wokeness' and intelligence, as anything else.

Maybe the shop lifters are the ones who could of gone to work for Amazon if she hadn't of protested their want to come to town.

If reported crime is up six fold, wouldn't we have the reports showing all this stolen bread?

People need to start at lower levels.
Replace our members of the other two branches and then the president.
30 plus year politicians like pelosi and McCain need to never happen again.
