SCOTUS rules to return half of Oklahoma to the tribes

I'd prefer elected officials in the United States handle that, surely SCOTUS isn't that stupid.

We won every last bit of our territory in combat, and we're fully entitled to the land we seized. See: manifest destiny

My only regret is we haven't seized more land abroad in the many countries we have defeated on the battlefield.

I can not argue that. I think a nation should reap some benefit for military conquests.

It is mind numbing my friend, especially when you consider that tribes get a status no other group in this country gets: sovereign autonomy

SCOTUS needs to stop worrying about looking partisan and make the right calls IMO
