Deep State Supreme Court Rules Trump Tax Records Can Be Turned Over To Manhattan District Attorney

In a Deep State-supporting 7-2 ruling, with Deep State Trump-appointed Justices Kavanagh and Gorsuch concurring, the Supreme Court has ruled that President Trump can be compelled to turn over his income tax records to the Manhattan District Attorney.

In their anti-Constitutional statement the Justices said:

"Two hundred years ago, a great jurist of our Court established that no citizen, not even the President, is categorically above the common duty to produce evidence when called upon in a criminal proceeding," the chief justice wrote. "We reaffirm that principle today and hold that the President is neither absolutely immune from state criminal subpoenas seeking his private papers nor entitled to a heightened standard of need."Source

The People need to rise up or something. This is outrageous.

Trump need to sue for all tax records of every congress and senate member along with their family members. As they like say no one is above the law and for goo measure throw in the pentagon for good measure to see who is making money off the endless wars.

I don't understand why his tax returns are still such a big deal. Is it a law to show these, or simply a recent trend? That makes a difference. Additionally, the IRS has had access to his tax returns since he made his return.

I'm calling it now, they find nothing illegal in his returns and he once again trolls the democrats by telling them they can't see his returns, only to find out that he didn't do anything illegal.

Dems will stop at nothing to remove Trump. Nothing. Every attempt they've made so far has been a bust, I hope this one flies back in their faces too.

Not to mention OF COURSE they are going to charge Trump for something,

dragging out ANOTHER round of attacks..


This might be the one that takes him down sadly, or gives them enough
ammo to try to charge, prosecute, and pronounce him guilty of something
in yet another kangaroo court and go for another round of impeachment
hearings..

It's a trend, it's not law. My stand has always been if the IRS hasn't found anything illegal in his returns there is nothing there. But the Dems will find a way to manufacture a case against him based on his prior construction projects in foreign countries, mark my words.

Because of what Fox News has told me about Democrats I believe we should allow President Trump to do whatever he wants.

Laws shouldn’t apply to him. No criticism should be believed because Democrats. No wrongdoing is ever real because well, that might support Democrats in some vague way. Can’t be too careful.

Your facetiousness aside, I have to tell you that I am very disappointed in those three. I didn't think they would side with the liberal judges as often as they do. They are not proving to be as unbiased as I'd hoped.

That is not exactly what they ruled.
They completely rejected the idea that the pres is immune from criminal investigation, supeneas, ect. But, there are other options the president has to argue his case. So, basically they punted it back to the lower court.

I think this is a case of them being totally unbiased. Trump supporters will obviously feel otherwise.
